   great move

   It was the easiest, most professional, time and money efficient I have ever had. they came on time and within few hours my house was packed, (never seen this good) empty and clean. They took is straight to my new house and they put all in house. No damages. I am over all very happy customer and if I ever move again, for sure they will be the ones to move. I recomended them to my friend. They did the job as good as mine!!!!

   I had to get a mover who was available Memorial Day weekend, and I put Bluebell in an almost impossible spot..notifying them less than a week before. They made it happen, providing an affordable price and agreeing to move me that Saturday....perfect! The move was done in less than three hours, with professionalism and courtesy. No bull. Thank you, guys!

   Great experience!

   We just completed our move from Connecticut to Massachusetts. I was apprehensive before the move given the multiple negative experiences people tend to have with moving companies in general. Having gone through the experience with Bluebell Relocation Services, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The company was professional throughout our engagement from the initial phone call all the way through sending the truck off after unloading. They sent a person for an in-house appraisal of the move and there were not surprises on cost. They went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable with the service leading into event day. For example, they stopped and dropped off some boxes my wife had requested in order to pack certain items in advance. On move day itself, they showed up promptly as promised. My family and I were extremely impressed with the work ethic of Felipe the foreman's crew, the care they took with all our items and their positive attitude throughout a very hard day of work. They did their utmost to make sure we were moved in our new home and had our beds to sleep on by working into the small hours of the night, even though their were not required to. Overall, we are very grateful Bluebell Relocation Services for making our move as painless as possible.

   Very Good Job.

   After booking my move with Bluebell Relocation I saw several bad reviews online and became extremely worried. I called their office and requested to cancel my move and they promptly accepted my request and only asked why I would like to cancel after confirmed my deposit would refunded in a couple days. So, I told Fernanda about my concerns and she transferred to the owner, who was very diligent answering my questions even when I was asking about other customers bad experience. I have to say that I was starting to change my mind and not cancel my move. Most of the answers made totally sense and it is understandable people frustration when false expectations are created by themselves. So, I took a chance a moved forward with them, but I was tense! Moving day came, tons of paper work, lots of signature and they finally started. Jean started to check the items and compared to the original list and noted several additional items, plus some packing I would need, he gave me a revised estimate including the extra items and packing that was an additional $875 and explained that the original price still valid for the original list, or the new price to include the extra items plus the packing, at the time I didn't have much option since I had to vacate my apartment, but I wasn't upset, I did fail to list some of the items over the phone with Tony, and at any moment I was pressured to accept the new charges. All set, and they started to work, very professional and packed my goods with lot of care, I was happy so far! My delivery arrived four days later than the requested delivery day, I wished It could have been a little sooner, but ok! Overall I had a excellent experience with Bluebell Relocation and I wanted to make sure they receive this well deserved review from me as I promised them, I feel bad for other people that didn't have the same quality job I had, but as far I am concerned they are the best I ever used and definitely deserve my recommendation and I will spread the word recognizing their outstanding service.

   Did not select them, but wanted to.

   First, I have to say I did not use the service. We went with another option, but that was because it was someone we knew locally. With that said. the experience I had leading up to this was an incredibly good one and I would likely have chosen them as our movers. I submitted a request from HomeAdvisor.Com and received an email from Tony shortly afterwards asking if he could call to discuss. I accepted and he called inside of 30 minutes. While I was explaining the house size and contents, I realized he had pulled up my MLS listing and was looking at the rooms in the house. He said they would give a solid estimate by visiting, but we went room by room discussing furnishings and boxes as we continued the call. I can comfortably say he knew what he was doing because his estimate of the cubic footage while on the phone almost exactly matched the onsite visit from the other company. The price was a close match as well. I felt bad turning him down for this, but suggest you give them a try!

   Bluebell Relocation Awesome Service.

   One of the best companies ever!! Tony was extremely nice on the phone and treated me like the customer! He set up everything painless and the 3 moving men were excellent. They were fast and efficient. And very careful. They did everything I requested and were easy to work with. I was more than satisfied with the experience and was really really impressed with how well the men moved the stuff, how quick, and how they got everything up to my new apartment. The price was reasonable and they even helped me pack stuff extra to what they were asked to do. Moving is stressful and these guys made it super easy and looked to help me out with anything they could. When the job is done right, it doesn't feel like you even paid money. I would hire these men again. Excellent job all around making my life easier that day. They went above and beyond and at a reasonable price with no minimum. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

   Black listers

   I have been trying hard to get moved for a while now. These are the movers that are supposed to be doing it for me. After getting my quote they just black listed me and blocked me from using their website. Oh and PSA they claimed I'm not real even though I am very much a real customer. I hope they get it figured out soon.

   Proceed with Caution. I have been trying to get my move set up for a while now and have since been rudely blacklisted. They even paid the BBB to remove my complaint. All I ever wanted is to get my move completed.

    Thieves and not professional movers

    Do not trust these thieves! 1) Anthony Will quotes a rate. Expect it to increase (e.g., from less than 2k to over 6k) when they are half transferring your items into the new designation. The movers are not true professional. They used a teenager (owners son) yet charged the price of professional movers. These Fraudulent people are not worth the headache. Expected broke-and missing Items. No one will contact you after they are paid. They use old nasty boxes. Complete rip off!
