   Fantastic service

   After a painful flood at our flat we got in touch with brittania lanes devon as that's where we were relocating. They gave us the piece of mind and the extra care and as soppy as it sounds gave extra love to our possessions as it needed to be stored overnight. A lovely lady kerry gave us updates all throughout the move and even after the move even called to ask how the move and how we are. After dealing with insurance/loss adjusters I had lost faith but kerry gave us the extra care/security the removal guys were fantastic and professional and could see they took extra care while packing up the flat. Thank you removals team and thank you kerry out of the 5 companies we had to liase with only 2 surpassed expectations and brittania certainly did that. Thank you ladies and gents. Fantastic company!!

   Very professional service throughout, from the initial video survey through the removals, storage, and redelivery process. The video survey was conducted by a knowledgeable, competent, and friendly member of the team. Both crews on the removal and redelivery days were professional, competent, and friendly. Great care was taken with all our belongings with extra care given to our specified items. The storage was carried out effectively with no damage occurring. We can thoroughly recommend Britannia Lanes of Bridgewater.

   Packing and moving the contents of my late mother's flat from Somerset

   This is the second time I have used Britannia Lanes in Somerset and on both occasions the service was excellent. The team arrived on time to pack and collect, and delivered on schedule to the destination. They were pleasant and efficient, and took good care of everything. Booking the service was easy with the office staff very helpful and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

   Excellent, hassle free service

   Our experience with Britannia Lanes of Somerset & Bristol was excellent. From the quoted price of storing our household goods, to the condition they were in when they arrived at our new home - we had nothing but great service from the staff. The storage units are in good condition and we had easy access to our unit. Although moving is an extremely stressful time, Britannia Lanes made sure at least that part was as smooth as possible.

   House to apartment move

   Excellent service and very helpful workers. Only a couple of very minor breakages. Packaging was excellent and all glassware and crockery safely transported. The removal men were helpful cheerful and tireless in their work. Everything was properly covered and protected and they worked flat out to put all the furniture and boxes into the new apartment even though it was on the second floor and they were not able to use the lifts (Covid rules apparently!). Highly recommended the team from Oswestry!
