Firstly I must praise the crew on our move from Devon to Hampshire. They were everything that the office should have been and wasn't - cheerful, happy, efficient, good at their jobs. The office staff were a disaster zone - adding on extra charges after the contract was agreed - including one for delivering on a later day than had been requested!. We were also joined with another move without advising us, or offering a discount. Staff were slow to respond and rude. I have used Britannia on multiple occasions in the UK, Europe and North America, but not this office before which I was bitterly disappointed with.

Awful company which doesn't even deserve one star. I experienced numerous problems including poor staff attitudes, contradictory information (phone versus in writing) and then to top it all blaming me the customer for the issues. Despite a four page complaint the director still denied any wrong-doing and colluded with his staff. Avoid this company as there are far better removal companies available who have reliable, accurate and polite staff and handle complaints far better.

After a painful flood at our flat we got in touch with brittania lanes devon as that's where we were relocating. They gave us the piece of mind and the extra care and as soppy as it sounds gave extra love to our possessions as it needed to be stored overnight. A lovely lady kerry gave us updates all throughout the move and even after the move even called to ask how the move and how we are. After dealing with insurance/loss adjusters I had lost faith but kerry gave us the extra care/security the removal guys were fantastic and professional and could see they took extra care while packing up the flat. Thank you removals team and thank you kerry out of the 5 companies we had to liase with only 2 surpassed expectations and brittania certainly did that. Thank you ladies and gents. Fantastic company!!

Very helpful and efficient movers. Was surprised how quick they unloaded the goods. Felt sorry for them as we moved on the two hottest days of the year in July.
