   Local Move

   This was the first time we used Cento for our move and could not have asked for better customer service. Renee was always professional, friendly and made the move one of the easiest we have had. The moving team, Kevin, T and Brian were amazing. They were highly professional, made the move in less time while making sure each of our belongings were carefully handled. I highly recommend Cento.

   Renee was great to work with and helped me as a new person be able to get what I needed, fairly. The men who came with the truck that day were very kind, answered any new person questions and helped me with whatever I needed. Stuff was packed well and they were extremely quick! I was so afraid of my highly expensive TV but thankfully I had my own box and the guys understood so they handle with care. I will be using Cento from now on.

   The entire experience was outstanding! The estimate process and recommendations were accurate and very helpful. Communication was proactive and checked in several times up to the day of the move. Both moving crews loading and later unloading were very friendly and experienced. We never had to ask for anything. They anticipated our needs and did what was needed.    Moving from Orlando to Lake County.

   If I could give them 10 Stars I would. The 2 gentlemen (John and Courtney) that came to move us, were on time, polite and very detail oriented. They handled our furniture with care, wrapped and taped each piece. At the unloading they reviewed where each piece was to be placed and proceeded accordingly. We were very impressed with how conscientious they were even to making sure our cat didn't get out. And the quote and final cost were right on target. We highly recommend this company and would use them again. Thanks so much Granny Fay and Linda.

   Cento Family Moving & Storage is Absolutely Wonderful!

   When I decided to move and was going to pick a mover I was not excite about having to start THAT whole process but a co-worker said they had used Cento Moving when they moved and were happy. My past experience with movers has not been pleasant so I was really dreading this adventure. You know the guys and truck show up are not really nice, don’t care about your possessions so you have to watch every move they make as they pick up your belonging and throw them in a truck! Well…. I wanted to reach out and let you know how VERY PLEASED AND SATISITED I am with the services provided by Cento Family Moving & Storage. I started the process on line which was very painless, talking to Connie and Felipe in the office….. they are WONDERFUL I could tell they really cared about me and my move! Moving day came, Bryant and Jerry showed up a few minutes early, introduce themselves and went right to work. Bryant and Jerry where very personable and provided great customer service taking time to communicate with me. The guys wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped each piece of furniture before it went into the truck and treated it like it was their own. I didn’t feel like I had to watch everything they did… as a matter of fact I just got out of the way and they did their thing. I had a couple of totes in a shed out back that I hadn’t gotten around to moving to the garage and Bryant grabbed a dolly walked back and retrieved and loaded them. Moving is a very stressful thing to do but then lets add moving around the holidays to it … OMG what was I thinking… But my whole experience with Cento from Connie, Felipe, Bryant and Jerry made the experience very painless and I was actually under the quoted amount. THANK YOU to all of you I will definitely recommend you to anyone that is needing to move YOU ARE ALL AWESOME!! Merry Christmas to all and a very prosperous New Year!

   Moving a third floor apartment.

   My wife and I moved to a home from a third floor apartment and we did have anyone to really help us move during the week. Her sister recommended Cento Family Moving and we could not have been happier for how everything turned out. They moved everything and under the estimated time frame.    Cross Town Review.

   This is the 2nd time that I have used Cento in the last 9 months. First was a cross country (the detailed review is here) This past move was from the temporary apartment home to our permanent home (4 bedroom, 2 bath) The guys again were great to work with. Connie in the office had us set up and scheduled. The crew showed up right on time and it took less than 4 hours to get us packed and loaded We chose to pack most of the stuff and have the crew pack up the large items (TV, pictures, mattresses,and so on).- moved across town and then unloaded and set up in the new location. Never any surprise fees or problems. I just recommended them to my realtor who just bought a new house and is moving Cento Family Moving are the people to use!!

   Best Movers!

   Chris and the Cento Moving family are FANTASTIC. I was having a difficult time finding a reputable moving company. Everyone I looked at had bad reviews and problems with BBB. I heard about Cento Family moving on the radio from some people that I trust and respect so contacted them. Chris got back to me right away. I was really worried about my moved from Dallas Tx to Orlando but Chris helped me through it all. We chose to pack most of the stuff and have Chris and the crew pack up the large items (TV, pictures, mattresses,and so on). They showed up even a bit early on packing day and had us all moved out in no time. I had a couple of special items and the guys took extra care packing them up for me. When other companies told me that it could take up to 2 weeks from the time of pick up to delivery .. Chris told me 3 days and I asked to make it 4 and he was there. They laid out a runner over the carpet and stairs and Chris and the crew started moving us in. They set up the bedroom exactly as we wanted it and the rest of the house too so quick and carefully. NOT ONE damaged item. Then came the big surprise. Everyone had told me to prepare for about 10% additional on the day of delivery well that is where the surprise came in NOT A PENNY MORE than the estimate. I highly highly recommend Cento Family Moving and Storage. CHRIS YOU ARE GREAT!

    Chris and his company handled a move for us from Florida to Colorado. I knew that he booked up quickly and contacted him a few months before our move, and it was good I did. I was impressed with Chris and the process from start to finish. Chris himself came out to our place to give an estimate, which was fair. We also contracted them to tow one of our vehicles along with the household items. On moving day, Chris came on time with two associates. They spent around 3 to 4 hours packing up our household furniture and items, doing so quickly, efficiently, and carefully. The plan was that Chris would take off the next day (a Sunday) for Colorado and arrive very early Wednesday morning. They actually arrived on Tuesday afternoon, and the workers he used here to unload were, again, fast and efficient. Everything arrived intact, there was no damage to either home, the car was fine. Chris was very responsive to inquiries from start to finish. It was a great overall experience, and I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a move - whether it be across town or across the country.
