   THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD

   DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BIG BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE. THE COMPANY CHAMPION MOVERS ACROSS THE USA. Everything including cost was settled before arrival at my home in Las Vegas, when they came to pick up they doubled the cost and everything was damaged or missing when they reached the destination, over $12,000 worth of damages, my entire living room, bedroom, dining room and kitchen along with a number of missing items of great value. They used fine print technically to award me only $378.00 by the claims department CSI that operates out of Florida. To date I still have not received the claim. They have extremely poor customer service that hangs up on you , treat you with gross disrespect when you try to get redress. DO USE THIS COMPANY, BIG MISTAKE AND TERRIBLE LOST.

   BEWARE - PLEASE PLEASE READ, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We hired 2 movers for a move within our building. Everything seemed fine enough during the move. We assisted them when we could, offered waters several times, and gave them both a generous tip. After they left, I was missing numerous valuables from my nightstand, while the other lesser value items were still left in tact. My wedding ring, wallet, iPad, and an envelope with photos (that could have easily been mistaken as cash) were gone. The iPad box, which was in a different location, was even missing. We looked through our entire apartment 4-5 times that night and found nothing. When we notified the company of this, they brushed it off as us misplacing the items from a stressful move. We searched our apartment again the entire next day, and days to follow, still nothing. We reached out one more time and they became very defensive. They did not address our problem and proceeded to tell us how great their reviews and referrals were. I was shocked by their lack of any apology, concern, or accountability. They offered no help, assistance, and didn't seem to care. Our emails to them were very professional, polite, and in no way rude. Their response was that 'until a lie detector proved otherwise,' they stand by what their movers told them. I thought that was a very unusual thing to say out of the blue. I cannot stress enough to stay away from this place. My hope is that this review will help everyone avoid an experience like this.
