   Excellent service from the initial quote to the final delivery.The staff at the Perth Depot could not have been more helpful.We were so happy with the service that we recommended them to our daughter who also used them.

   Moving from Scotland to Hampshire with storage in between

   With no firm date for the move out and no firm date for the move in, I had to plan for all possibilities. Some items went into storage before we started. Clockwork were extremely flexible and even planned for the possibility of not getting into the new home when we hoped. We didn't get into the new home when we hoped, but Clockwork had arranged storage nearby. My possessions came out of storage a week later and I moved in, completely trauma-free thanks to Clockwork. And nothing was broken or damaged. The cost included items into storage, storage, items out of storage, move out of home, transport everything south, into storage again, storage, then out of storage again and into the new home.

   The guys from the north london office did a great job of moving us - packed up our pictures and mirrors really well and were careful with our nice wooden furniture. They were polite and courteous at all times

   Amazing, professional (and cheap!)

   Paul, Tom and Andy who carried out my move from Leeds to Poole were AMAZING, so kind and considerate, they couldn’t have worked harder and took great care of my belongings! I also got quotes from loads of removal companies and clockwork were the cheapest but it certainly didn’t show in their work! I would 100% recommend them and use them again!

   Great service despite the weather

   We recently used clockwork for both a removal from our house to storage and then from their storage to our new house. They were very efficient, arrived on time worked solidly for both moves and their knowledge of how to dismantle furniture really came in handy when we realised things wouldn't fit up the stairs!! They went above and beyond for us, would recommend. Operations team were really polite and apologetic when our move in was delayed due to bad weather (snowed in) and managed to get us booked in for the next day

   Brilliant service

   We needed a grand piano moving. Having tried to even move the piano an inch was impossible for us to do. I had heard good reports about Clockwork Removals Sheffield from friends that had used this company before, I prefer word of mouth when I use a company. If we need anything else in the removal line I will certainly ask Clockwork to help us. They were polite, friendly and above all very professional. They had all the correct equipment to remove our valuable piano , which says to me that they are competent in their Jobs. When they had installed my piano the guys cleaned up what little mess was made i.e. paper and covers they had used and asked us if we were satisfied with where the Piano had been placed ( we had asked for it to be placed there) but they still had time to ask if we preferred it moving slightly to get the light on the keys. They were, in my mind, concerned that we would be highly satisfied with their service and I can assure you we were. I would highly recommend Clockwork for all my removals needs in the future 5 star company.

   Penistone house move

   Unfortunately a number of items were left in the kitchen. I asked if they could take them however I was told the van was full and that was that. This meant I had to carry these items to a neighbours house and store them in her garage and garden this delayed our exchange by an hour. On arriving at the new property it was quite clear from their manner that we had inconvenienced them, whereas it was us that was inconvenienced. Our sellers commented to us that they were intimidated by the guys who were parked up outside waiting until the exchange had gone through. We paid for my daughters bed to be assembled, which then collapsed.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS They offered a competitive price. They then sought to increase through extras. We helped them pack up. There was some waiting time. They called to tell me on the day to let me know what the price for waiting time was. They refused to unpack my things including essentials that I needed for my 5 year old and 2 year old until I had paid a bill set by them on the day. When I complained, I was told that it was my choice to help them (increasing the waiting time) and that it was my fault that they arrived early (increasing the waiting time). It is a company that puts money before their customers’ interests. If you do not want to be held to ransom and if you need essentials for your kids, use a company with integrity.

    Hello David, thanks for leaving your review. We really appreciate all feedback and we can assure you that our company was founded on integrity and an entirely customer focused approach. We endeavour to make the moving process as simple for our customers as possible…by moving them like Clockwork. We provide a Waiting Time Waiver to all our customers for their peace of mind. This is not something all removal companies offer but it is a way we can reduce stress during move day. Our customer’s find that the Waiting Time Waiver allows for stress free delays caused by solicitors. Unfortunately your conveyancing process caused a 2 hour delay to your move. This meant we had four employees waiting for 2 hours. I’m sure you can understand that this, in turn, increases the move costs. We then sent out two further crew members to get the move completed on time which were, again, additional costs that could not be factored in beforehand. We are sorry that additional charges were applied to this move, but as stated, they were due to solicitor delays and something we try our hardest to safeguard against with our Waiting Time Waiver option. Please note as a member of the BAR all our services are regulated by the governing body. Best wishes in your new home, Clockwork
