   Fraud Company: Lost $400.

   I was moving from RI to Utah and worked with Jay Stevens. Two of my family members also used them back in May and miraculously had movers show up. They brokered both of their moves to the "A-team" in Texas who are a 1 star moving company and they both had terrible experiences with many boxes lost, broken, and a surcharge of over $2,000. On my move I was worried about them the whole time because they were so unresponsive but I had already paid the $400 deposit. The day before our move in June we still had not heard anything and I realized this was a scam. We quickly had to hire another moving company to come the next day and were out several thousand extra dollars for the late notice. We kept calling and emailing Jay Stevens and had one email returned 3 days after our scheduled move saying he was working on it. Since then, no other contact and their website and phone numbers have been taken down. Note to self, never trust a company that will not accept credit card! Because of that there is no way to get my $400 back or the extra we had to pay a different moving company.

   Do Not Use This Company.

   It is totally scam. Jay Stevens and Roberto are the representatives that I talked to. They asked me to deposit money. After then, they never received my call. I lost $300 for deposit. I did police report but I do not think the police will catch them. Anyway, this company is totally scam.

   This Company is a FRAUD! You will be contacted by a Jay or Eric from phone number 704-209-9109. They will ask for a deposit and once complete YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM!

   Do Not Use This Company.

   They took my deposit and ran. They never showed up and they will not answer my emails or phone calls. Do use this company. Especially if someone named Jay is your service rep. He will answer his phone and emails up until your move date arrives and than nothing. I have filed a report against this company with BBB. Even they can't get them to answer the complaint.

   Fraud Consumers Beware!

   This is not a real company. This is an individual that goes by different names (Jay Stevens or Roberto) that operates from an unknown location. He took a $300 deposit and never sent movers to pick up my boxes. He will not return phone calls or emails. I have reported this to the FBI online crime investigation unit, the BBB and the Dept. of Transportation. Also, read the content on his website, it refers to a Barber shop and not an actual moving company. I hope the local authorities can help me get my money back.
