   Daughter's Move.

   I can not say enough about how professional, courteous, careful and quick this company was while moving my Daughter from one Apartment to another. The whole process was so easy and fast! She didn't have to worry about a thing but tell them where she wanted to boxes and furniture placed. They even took down and re-hung her TV and took apart her beds and put them back together for her in her new Apartment. They worked hard the whole time they were there. And to top this all off, the charge for all of their work was so reasonable! Needless to say, our whole family will not hesitate to call them for any of our moving needs and we will refer them to anyone that needs moving help. Great Job Guys!! and Thanks for taking the worry and hassel out of our moving experience!! Thank You Again!

   Great company.

   We loved covered Wagon moving. They were courteous, timely in arrival, quick to pack us up, and their prices were more than fair. Our apartment complex could not fit a National Moving company's tractor trailer instead CWM provided us 2 trucks and 4 men to move us 180 miles. The men pack as though they are playing Tetris and all our belongings arrived in the same condition. They charge flat rate or hourly and give a cash discount. I will use them again and I hope you will too.

   Dishonest.

   UsDot is number is expired and not allowed to do Moves in Texas legally. If you have used them, you need to report them. They charge me $500.00 more than estimated price. And stolen stereo equipment worth $600. I would not recommend using this company. And would look at other options they do not answer your emails after you're moved and after you have broken or stolen items so you can file a claim

   Bad time unfortunately. Late by over four hours, broke a piece of furniture and avoided calls to talk reimbursement

   Terrible service

   DO NOT USE THEM! Horrible experience with this company during a move in January. To summarize: they were late, they moved incredibly slow (1 small item at a time while looking at their phones, etc), we helped move half the stuff to speed up the process, they dented several pieces of furniture, they smelled like marijuana, and come to find out they overcharged us and lied on the receipt. I contacted the manager, Paul, to discuss my concerns. After explaining my frustration about paying $700 for terrible service he informed me that the receipt he had showed a lesser amount. This means that the movers overcharged us, documented less time than they actually spent, and pocketed the extra money. Paul informed me that he would do more investigation into my concerns. I provided text messages to corroborate start and end times. After several emails Paul stopped responding to me and I can no longer get in touch with him. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they really missed. Incredibly disappointing.
