   Worst moving company EVER

   Not only did this company charge me TWICE what I was quoted, they NEVER DELIVERED MY BELONGINGS!!! I’ve been homeless now for almost 4 days!!! Run away from these scam artists! They belong in prison for their crimes! Worst moving company EVER!

   Bait and switch company and pitiful to deal with

   We were quoted $1,740 by Peter S. The pick up driver said we needed to pay an additional $1,681.76 on top of the $1,204 we had already paid after they loaded the truck. I called to discuss the price increase and talked to two women who said I needed to talk to the supervisor. He came on the phone and before I said anything, he said" if you're not happy, we will set your items outside and you can come pick them up today." I was in Indiana and he, I suppose, was in Arizona. While I did not agree, since they had our belongings, I paid the additional money. I was called before they delivered and told I would owe another $1,338.00 at delivery, which I paid. Several items were damaged. Boxes were opened and they were taping them up as they took them off the truck. We know two ladders, a 55 inch TV, and a hand truck are missing so far. We haven't opened all the items yet to see if anything else is missing. I only rated one because there is no option for zero. Their so called managers try to bully their way through. I had the Sheriff's department here when they unloaded because the drivers tell you they will not unload your items until you pay. They were informed that is considered theft in our State, so they unloaded first then were taken to the Sheriff's office for questioning.

   I was quoted $3700 for an Arizona to Idaho move. I went over every piece of furniture, sent pictures of what I needed moved. On the day of the move, they showed up, loaded the truck then gave me a bill for an ADDITIONAL $7800! I told the lead guy that I needed to speak with his boss. I ended up speaking with BEN who was rude, aggressive and spiteful. He told me he was a big company and didn’t need my money and instructed the crew to unload all of my stuff in the street and leave. So, that’s exactly what they did. They unwrapped everything, literally threw my boxes and furniture from the truck and damaged a bunch of things. My 75 year old mother and myself (51) had to load the uhaul ourselves and drive the uhaul to Idaho. It was a complete bait and switch. UNETHICAL company.DONOTUSE THEM!

   BAIT & SWITCH

   BAIT & SWITCH- I had an updated quote for $2159 after giving a final inventory. Because I was on the lower end of the cu ft the quote was about 20 boxes over what I actually had, but I was fine with this additional buffer. They arrive at the very end of their quoted arrival, which was no problem as they kept me informed with two calls and made it in time. While the crew got to work the leader and I did paperwork. The quote information was wrong showing $2322. So it looked like it wasnt the update inventory. The original quote had 25 large boxes. I didnt have any. So the new quote shows 20 medium boxes. I actually have 10. The team leader says he needs to make a phone call regarding the different quotes. Not a problem I continue filling out paperwork. When he returns he tells me his boss said he will take everything for $4800. (That was not a typo) Over double the quote price for 20 less boxes. How is this possible? He claims to be the middle man and offers for me to call the boss. I call the number I have for Ben, who is rude, The end result is I can get my deposit back and find someone else or pay the extra. So I told the movers to put everything back. THIS IS HOW THEY RIP YOU OFF! They knew I was flying back to TX in two days as they were setting up to deliver 3 days later. So they thought I was in a desperate situation and set up a good cop/bad cop routine for more than double the quote price. It would have worked, but I'm not in that situation. They left everything they moved into the garage. And I have called my bank to dispute the deposit.

   told one thing, called said if update move drive straight thru, lied fully loaded 35 ft charged for 3500 cu ft called told truck holds 3153 cu ft, took unloaded to 53 ft went to Neveda, Utah, then Idaho, damaged and lost several of my items, was told at begining that would take good care of me and FOR SURE DID NOT DO THAT. I COULD HAVE MOVED TO NEW YORK FOR THE PRICE THEY WIND UP CHARGING ME I DO NOT AND I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY TO ANYONE. UNBELEIABLE

   BEWARE OF HIRING CROSS COUNTRY RELOCATION This company has been a nightmare to deal with!! No regard for our property or the additional stress created in an already stressful situation. It was a complete bait and switch from the beginning. We were quoted $8200 by Peter, the company’s sales representative with whom we had been dealing, based on a facetime/room-by- room video of items being moved from Lake Tahoe, NV to Blowing Rock, NC.in December of 2021. Once items were loaded onto the truck at our residence, we traveled to our storage unit nearby to finish loading items from the unit. After everything was loaded, the crew chief informed us of a revised total cost of $18,000. That is over 2.2 times the original quote. We protested, and after talking to his boss over the phone, the crew leader offered to lower the cost to $16,000. We felt like we had no choice since our items were already on the truck. We had sold our home and had to be out of the house THAT day!! The crew leader then filled in the blanks on the contract and told my very upset husband where to sign without explaining any of the terms of the contract. All this was done on the hood of his truck in a freezing windstorm. They took all 21 days allowed to deliver our belongings to NC.. During this time, our items were transferred to storage facilities. When they arrived in NC to unload everything it was obvious that there was extensive damage (crushed boxes and damaged or broken furniture, etc.). The subcontracted movers indicated that they had loaded our items from a storage facility in Charlotte, NC. As we looked in the back of the truck it appeared that the boxes had literally been thrown into the truck as they were not stacked or secured. We have pictures. We have since filed a claim with the company for 68 broken or damaged items for which we have pictures. In addition, we are missing a full set of rare antique china. Since then, pieces of our rare antique china set have been located in a local replacement shop. We have filed a police report and are waiting on the outcome of their investigation.

   Bait and switch

   Do NOT use this company!!! Complete bait and switch on prices quoted. Rude, and dishonest. Was going to cancel this company because of the bad reviews. When I explained why they assured me there would be NO bait and switch. But then they padded the cubic square feet. Showed up late to load and it was after hours on a Friday so there was no one to call. Would not work with me. Told me to come pick up my belongings in a different State. Asked to put 60% down of total move at time of pickup. Was quoted 50% on estimate. Would not budge with the different quotes. Spoke with “Ben” and he states he is the top guy and he makes all of the decisions. And he was rude and unwilling to discuss how the space more than doubled when I went over inventory in detail. Magically it increased 100%! and there is no discussion on possible errors. Just pay your money or we unload your belongings in another State where you can come get them!! Again DIN NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have had nothing but trouble from this company through the entire moving process. First they said they could pick up between Thurs 6/25 and Tues 6/29. Thats a five day window. But they kept calling and pushing back and finally picked up Thurs 7/1. Then the truck showed up and didnt have room for all my belongings. They only took half of what I was quoted and paid for!! I was told me belongings would be delivered within 10 days. It took 13. When my belongings were delivered... my $1800 flat screen was shattered. I paid the deposit and half up front with credit card and then when they arrived to deliver, they didnt accept credit card for final half payment and I had to run to bank and get cash out. This company is unbelievable, unprofessional and a total rip off.

    Horrible

    Not professional or on time. I was given a two day window for them to start the pick up of my house. This was a guaranteed pick up, as that is what the company told me. They did not pick up on those dates, I missed two days of work waiting on them to call me back. Not only were they late for the pick up, I was sexually harassed by one of their employees. While ALL the other employees were in another part of the house, he came into the room I was in alone, BTW everything that needed to be moved at this point needed at least two people, with his hand down him pants advancing towards me making sexual comments and making me terrified, this company didn't do anything and told me that he needed to finish the job because they couldn't ask him to leave. Me at this point was so terrified that I didn't know what to do except have my teenage son stay with me the rest of the time they were there. They then said that it was going to cost triple the amount I was quoted even after going through all inventory with them before they arrived. After they were done, I was told that my items would be on a truck for transport no later than that Wednesday, this was also not true as they didn't put it on a truck for transport for over a week. My items were not delivered until today, most of my boxes were damaged or opened. The driver said oh well I can not get in your driveway and that is going to cost extra. they also only had a three man crew, two of which were minors, I know this because I asked them how old they were and where they go to school in the fall. My own children helped unload the truck to give these kids a break while the driver sat in his truck trying to get me to pay even more. I was told when I booked the move that they would dismantle everything and then reassemble when it arrived. NOTHING was reassembled. When I tried to call the main office I get nothing but an answering service now and my emails and voice mails go completely unanswered. I guess it's time to get a LAWYER. Maybe then someone will respond to emails and calls..
