   Moving can be fun!

   Yesterday, I moved from Chambly to Canton de Hatley. Due to traffic they arrived late but aside from that it was the best move. Derek and Silvio were kind and dedicated in assuring a stress free move. I am a grateful customer! Thanks again Derek and Silvio, Renee Berg

   No manners. Just about your money.

   Living abroad, I had a furniture storage from 2010 to 2023 in this company. In 13 years, rates have increased by 150%... probably the blow of life, but the customer service of this company has remained the same: Awful. Mr. Prince was the owner, a person with no manners, impolite and devoid of any professionalism: Billing errors, never any apology. His sons who have taken over the business are nicer but no more apologetic emails or phone calls when a mistake is made (double billing, for example). For a removal from their storage premises, the minimum billing is 2 hours for 2 men at $100 per hour for a total of CAD $229.95 taxes included. My move took about 40 minutes and not the slightest gesture for a 13-year-old client, I had to pay for 2 hours. It's pitiful. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.

   Poor service and worst move ever!

   Worst moving company ever! Watch out they are a rip-off!! They packed our stuff and put garbage in all of the boxes. The boxes were in terrible condition, they either broke underneath or were taped poorly. We had broken glass and plates in a lot of boxes. Very poor telephone service. I do not recommend them even to my worst enemy!

   Poor service.

   Je suis très insatisfaite des services reçus le 11 juin. Le camion est arrivé à Montréal avec plus de 3h de retard. Des frais non prévus ont été ajoutés à la facture. Certains meublent ont été démontés et mal assemblés à l'arrivée. Certains meubles ont été abîmés. Ils m'ont également chargé le temps de leur pause du souper.
