Living abroad, I had a furniture storage from 2010 to 2023 in this company. In 13 years, rates have increased by 150%... probably the blow of life, but the customer service of this company has remained the same: Awful.
Mr. Prince was the owner, a person with no manners, impolite and devoid of any professionalism: Billing errors, never any apology. His sons who have taken over the business are nicer but no more apologetic emails or phone calls when a mistake is made (double billing, for example).
For a removal from their storage premises, the minimum billing is 2 hours for 2 men at $100 per hour for a total of CAD $229.95 taxes included. My move took about 40 minutes and not the slightest gesture for a 13-year-old client, I had to pay for 2 hours. It's pitiful.
I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.
