   Great experience

   This was my second time moving this year(not by choice). This experience was definitely better then the last. Legacy movers did a good job packing up my house on last minute notice and getting us moved to Sandusky, Ohio. Delivery came in 4 days. Over all I am very pleased. Total cost $3000.

   Curbside Extortion

   My 84 year old mother was verbally abused, her signed contract was altered without her consent by a small time thug who lied about non-existent truck restrictions. After the curbside extortion, which included a one hour delay from the local police that I called to intervene due to safety reasons, the job was completed satisfactorily. If you care about your relative, hire a different company.

   Rented/arrived rented small truck charged over triple

   Explained to moving broker and movers multiple times the last move they were unprofessional, raised rate at time arriving to new place. Refused to move our items in until we paid 3.4xs amount agreed. This cost us another hour of labor on top. We were assured this move would not be that way. The price said would be the final price. Gave an itemized list. We packed all items in totes/boxes, did fill up our trucj as well. They areived said no it will be around 2,000 not the 800s as discussedagreed. They ahowed up wuty a small very small truck. Knowing the utems listed. That it would be two trips! Upon arriving to house they unloaded left to make 1.3 hour trip. Stated they packed truck 80% full! Returned over 5 hours later. Main mower said no now over $3,000 thet took from 10am-10pm for a one trip correct truck would of been completed 3pm. Which is 5 hours over charged us gas, trip time, and additional charges. This is inexcusable! I am disabled early retired, my wife is a teacher. We both multiple times explained in depth price , items, took photos, and that we could not go over amount agreed upon. The company main person was very unprofessional in tone way spoke to us, basically pay or and attempted to use height a long with mannerisms as intimidating. Demanded separate payments even through out day via CashApp. Company used a rented moving civilian truck. We are very disappointed and budget gone. Teachers and disabled retired we can not only afford over three times amount, but the emotional/mental/verbal ways treated will never use company again.

   SCAM!!!!!

   DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I hired them for a move from the mid-west to DC. They overcharged, damaged items, refused to communicate and lied multiple times. Their whole operation is a scam!!! On the day of pick-up and delivery, they showed up late and did not communicate. They also requested a tip (tacky) which I denied. They failed to bring my tv stand and lied and said it was missing. After multiple calls and emails, the company finally got back to me and admitted they broke the tv stand and then tried to lie and say they didnt know it was broken. The entire team are crooks and ex cons!! DO NOT TRUST!!! They will steal money and leave you without items!!! Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

   It is a SCAM

   Buyers beware! Our move ended up costing over 210% more than the initial estimate. They were unreliable on their pickup & drop off dates and impossible to reach. They showed up on the last day of our lease leaving us no choice but to use them even though they doubled the cost of the move as soon as they walked in the apartment saying the weight of the move was more than they accounted for. This made no sense since we gave them a true picture of the entire inventory of the apartment. We waited for nearly a month to receive our items. They do not except credit card payments which is always a red flag and insist you pay upfront for additional fees once they have your items. When they finally showed up to deliver our stuff they only sent one person to complete the entire move which took forever and he was not able to care for our items as necessary. He even put a hole in our new apartment wall. They are crooks! Do not use this company!
