   Easy2Go Movers is highly recommended. I was impressed with everyone I spoke with from the first phone conversation until the movers finished their task. The reminder call the day before, as well as the query about wardrobe boxes, Mattress bags size and TV boxes size which I had forgotten to order, were both helpful. They call 30minutes before arrival was good. The movers that arrived were professional. They were kind and courteous. They did an outstanding job of transporting us from Vaughan to Welland. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

   Hi I am Pauline, I am truly greatful to get these lovely gentlemen sumit and sandy . They were helpful, fast and careful, I APPRECIATE the fact they left 11 PM last night to reach in Quebec on time to load all the stuff in timely manner this show there Professionalism. I am greatful to have these guys to help me with my moving they also ask me if I have eaten something and they also offer me bananas to eat as I haven't have my breakfast, I am so grateful for these Professional and kind gentlemen, they also ask from me before they turn on any music in turn. I would recommend these guy and will ask them to come to deliver my stuff in Brampton as they are taking my belongings to the storage facility for month. The overall moving experience with Easy2Go Movers was EXCELLENT, they accomadate my last minute request fast and efficient way. Thank you

   2people who came to do packing and moving our stuff from condo to home , they did a fabulous job, very fast, neat and clean work.    It is one of the best movers in the province. I am very impressed by their services. I moved from kitchener to Barrie without any problem as they take care of all my stuff. Moreover, they offer me the best price available in the market. I would recommend them to all who want to move quickly without any hassle and that too at minimum cost. They do have a professional staff, all of them know what to do and how to do their job which saves a lot of time.??

   Worst move ever

   Avoid this company. Far from being professional. Left lots of stuff behind yet there was plenty of space on one of the two trucks. The worst part is when I sent email to the company with my concerns I didn't get any response. Very disappointed. Cost me extra money, time and stress to get the left behind things to my new location.

   Below Par Move with Truly Awful Customer Service

   The movers were late and didn't notify me. My furniture was damaged and scratched in the move and the move itself cost half again what they quoted me ($1500 move on a quote of less than $1000. $1700 with tip included). I left a review on Homestars that was negative and had a call with Ash where he tried to convince me to raise it up. The max compensation, I was told, was $150. When I offered to raise my score to a 7, I was told that would be worth $75.  It was explained multiple times that I had to have reasonable expectations, moving was hard, that we couldn't expect if someone cleaned a car to get mad if a tiny spot of dirt was left. The encounter felt manipulative and uncomfortable. I decided I wouldn't accept any reimbursement and dropped my score to 0. Got another call from the company saying that he was sorry he came across that way. Then he proceeded to explain why this happening was my fault and not his/the company's. When I told him I wouldn't change the review, he was unhappy (despite saying he'd only called to apologize for me and wasn't talking about scores). He made a point of saying:"  "Thousands of people will see your review. I hope you never have a small business where people can ruin it with a single review." All in all, very passive aggressive. The biggest problem I had with Easy2Go movers all ends up falling on Ash and their customer service. Ash was the one who handled the quoting and underquoted me so much so I would go with them instead of another moving company. Ash and their customer service was the reason that I had such a poor experience after my move as well. As much as they were trying to say they were focused on the right things, they were focused on the score and how it would affect their business. There was even talking poorly about other clients (I'm sure I'll become one of those examples in future) in order to prove a point to me. It was unprofessional at the very best.
