   Very difficult removal

   I had booked the removal for the morning thinking it would be plenty of time. We had to wait for the exchange of contracts on our new property and the removal men were fantastic and waited all afternoon for us. We knew that this would be extra as it had been written in the quotation but it was,still a very stressful time and they still offered a fantastic service. I would highly recommend them.

   Best Movers

   Very efficient, friendly staff. Fast interior helped us move from the London to Surrey. The process was very smooth, everything arrived in good condition. We spoke to plenty of contractors before choosing Fast interior removals and I am confident they were the best choice. First class service with cheerful, helpful and they are consistently good. Would certainly recommend them.

   Excellent Service

   Absolutely excellent service, they are experience team members help me to move my sofa from first floor flat through balcony. It was very difficult to move large sofa through stairs but they managed safely. Very helpful staff and team I will recommend this company.

   Excellent service and handling of our belongings

   We had such a great experience with Fast Interior Removals recently - their service was organised and professional; their quote very fair; their staff friendly and knowledgeable; and most importantly, our furniture and belongings were loaded and unloaded quickly with much care taken to ensure no breakages (everything was secured packed neatly in the truck and their expertise was evident) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

   Great experience

   Moved from New Malden to Claygate with a packing service the previous day and dismantle/reassembly service. All went smoothly, the packing and removal guys were all great. Friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. I would recommend.

   AVOID!!!

   AVOID!!!! Worst moving experience ever... The relocation was only 2 miles between old and new home... I had a smoother experience moving from Los Angeles to London. Broken Furniture, Stolen Jewelry, Argumentative staff. The front office still hasn't refunded us for the broken furniture... giving us the run around that the insurance deposit isn't worth paying for the broken bed frame... chased them for 3 months for the compensation and they would never return calls. I caught one of the movers going through a sealed box to look at personal photos... I had to argue for them to cover the newly carpeted stairs, as they claimed their shoes were clean. As they pull up to the new house there are suddenly additional fees in the hundreds and they only would accept cash. DO NOT HIRE!!!! They weren't the cheapest... so I did not expect this kind of service...

   All my inventory couldn’t fit and didn’t get any money off!

   Not all of my inventory couldn’t fit in the van. My trip was already 450 pounds, so we had to transport some items than in my car. When speaking to the team they even wanted us to pay for another trip that would have costed 200-350 pounds. They didn’t want to even take 50 pounds off for the inconvenience. Bad customer service they will sell you a service that they can’t for fill.

    Do not use this company

    I can only urge you not to go near this company. I have never written a bad review before - I'm a seriously tolerant person but please - read this and do not use them. Having accepted a quote from them to move house they arrived with two lorries, one much smaller than the 5.5 ton quoted. After realising they would need a third lorry due to lack of space, they insisted I pay an extra £620 for them to get one (my buyers were moving in that afternoon so I had no choice but to pay). Once moved I noticed that one of the beds was badly damaged and part of the garden furniture had been broken despite having given them covers to use which they didn't. They clearly knew about the bed (you couldn't miss the damage) but said nothing. My mother subsequently slashed her leg open on the bed! The two months since have been the most disgusting example of customer service I have ever experienced. Not once has someone called me back despite the numerous calls and emails with photographs of the damage that I have sent. Promises of calls back and settlement have been a joke and then my mobile number wasn't being answered. I accept that damages are likely to happen when you move but have the decency to treat your customers with respect and deal with the situation. I am now taking Fast Interior Removals to the court. Originally i just wanted compensation for the bed and garden furniture but they can reimburse me for the extra lorry costs too. It's simple - treat people with respect, don't treat them like idiots and you'll come out a lot better off. DO NOT USE THEM - THEY SOUND GREAT WHEN YOU'RE BOOKING - COULDN'T BE MORE HELPFUL BUT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG FORGET IT!
