Out of state move. CO to Texas
Very unprofessional movers. Damaged chairs, couch etc. to date still have not paid to replace/repair. Note they are not covered for replacement of damages. Also, sloppy things stacked in truck and not wrapped, on other end boxes even mark put everywhere, not as marked. Beds not assembled as contract or put in right rooms. Sloppy! Was told this was their A team!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, MISSING ITEMS, DAMAGED ITEMS
The movers were unprofessional and rude! Items were left in my house out of state, there are broken and missing items. Refuse to answer emails or do anything to correct issues.

unproffesional and damaged furniture
They were a day late because of scheduling and employees not coming to work. The 3 guys they sent, 2 complained about the company the whole time they were there. The company tried to put it on me for under estimating the amount of goods to be moved. When they off loaded at the new house, several furniture items were damaged, not just scratched, broken and 2 of them were valuable antiques. They was no care in loading these items. The owner assured me they would fix and I verbally agreed to that(my mistake) . He said someone would contact me but have'nt heard from them and when I call I get voice mail and after checking the charge o my credit card they way over charged me. This company should not be operating at all.
