At a time when you have a lot on your plate and a million (perhaps a billion!) decisions to make, these folks make the moving process easy.
From the very first interaction I had; asking the initial questions like how much, when, and how, I felt like I was in good hands. I even told the nice lady that answered the phone, “You’re the first company I called and will be doing research of other moving companies. What makes your company stand above the rest and what questions should I ask to vet them?” Here is what she said:
-“Our company has been in business a long time and family owned.”
-“We have hire employees as our movers NOT Craigslist temps.”
-“We own our moving trucks so we know their maintenance history.”
-And best of all “NO SURPRISES with the fees. You’ll receive a quote based upon your inventory list.” (Note: The more detailed your inventory the more accurate your quote)
Now for moving day! Que and Oleg showed up on time and ready to get moving. They are both physically strong, courteous and customer-service oriented. Que’s attention to detail and ability to organize the load on and off the truck is highly impressive. I felt confident that my “stuff” was in good hands. This is priceless!
Overall, I am very impressed with the way FatBoy Slims Moving runs their company, the customer service, and the clear, organized communication about the move. I know as a small business owner myself, these are skills that take effort and love for what you do.
