   Professional Service.

   We were left high and dry by our first mover and we called Full Value Van Lines and a crew of three with all of the packing material we need arrived at our house two hours later. They had us packed and loaded in a few hours and we were able to go back.

   Terrible experience

   We had a terrible experience using Full Value Van Lines. They are a broker - not an actual mover. We did not move a full house of furniture. It was bedroom furniture, a sofa and miscellaneous other small pieces. They got a very detailed list from us of what items would be moved, quoted us $1600, & took a deposit over the phone. When the movers arrived the day of the move, they said it would be $1000 more - and would be even more upon delivery. We were stuck and had no choice at this point. By the time the move was complete our bill was $3100! They are deceitful and dishonest and I would run, not walk, the other direction! Call an actual mover directly.

   Horrible Moving Broker

   Full Value Van Lines misquoted me and sent movers that did not speak English. I was supposed to spend 5k for 1150 cubic sq ft (a 20 ft Uhaul is about 1050 cubic sq ft) after a discount their salesman Tyler gave me. Once the movers loaded about half of my belongings they told me there was no more room and it would be an additional 7k to take the rest which I declined. Derek the manager did not help and had a horrible demeanor when he finally called back after the movers had left. Kept blaming me for adding extra items when they did not take most of the bulky furniture I had listed, nor could I barely communicate with the foreign movers. Shaun the owner ignored me after I got his number, trying to figure out a solution. This whole team will just try to take advantage of you.

   Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred during your move. At the time of Quality Assurance, our team reviewed the inventory and found that were several additional items that were not included in the original inventory list provided at booking. The addition of these items increased the estimated volume from 1150 cubic feet to 1561 cubic feet. To help offset the difference, our QA department offered a discount on the updated volume. However, you elected to proceed with the original 1150 cubic feet inventory, which is what the movers were contracted and scheduled to accommodate. Once the movers arrived, they loaded the items included in the reserved inventory. When additional items outside of that inventory were presented, the crew informed you of the cost difference required to transport the extra volume. We understand this can be frustrating, but the movers cannot load items beyond the contracted space without an updated agreement. Regarding communication concerns, we work with multiple licensed carriers across the country, and while many crews are multilingual, they are all trained to communicate clearly about inventory, space, and pricing. We will review your feedback with the assigned carrier to ensure expectations are being met. Our management team did speak with you during the process, and we apologize if our communication felt delayed or unhelpful. That is never the experience we want for our customers. We are also reviewing your concerns internally to ensure stronger support and clarity moving forward. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best in your new home.

    Terrible Company

    They will extort you when they come to pick up your stuff.. I got a quote for moving, it was 3,000 total (400sqft). They doubled it when they came to move it, quoting the square footage (800 sqft)..I then put my stuff in a 10x10 square, and it wasn't more than 4 feet high... I was so pissed of with this money grabbing game that i rented a U-Haul and drove... It wouldn't be out of character for them to fake these 5 start reviews..
