   Absolute worst experience possible. Lack of communication, poor attitude and their handling of my belongings was reprehensible. Both of my nightstands were destroyed. Boxes were crushed. My curio cabinet (which I was charged extra because they had to “crate” it BUT DIDNT) has some type of liquid damage all down the front of it. There were rat droppings in some of the crushed boxes. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

   I should have done my research. They scammed me also, and they keep asking for more money and they are not delivering my good. They are holding it hostage and they will not disclose where my furniture is- I am emailing every day. I am now going to file a police report.

   Liars and thieves!

   I was harassed and threatened to keep my money after refusing to follow their own rules and come moving day they refused to take my 3 bedroom home that was requested to move in a 26'box truck and then to find out I was allotted a 3rd of that space. They wanted to charge me over $5,000 to move! We finally came to an agreement of $3500 since they already had my deposit and when writing up the new contract -they lied again and was going to charge that on top of my deposit! Do NOT use this company. They will lie and and steal your money!!

   Do not use they will quote you a nice cheap price that will double once the truck is loaded you have no choice but to pay it then they will hold your stuff hostage increasing what you owe throughout your move and additional money to unload they are scammers

   Part of a bewildering moving scam

   I shouldn't have had any business with this 'company', but as part of an extremely sketchy operation run by Downline Consulting / Ready Relocation Experts / US INterstate and Rail, I was instructed at some point to Zelle money to this company. I refused, but that entire experience has been absurd, and this collection of companies has collected fully $1100 more than any receipt they have ever given me indicates, and refuses to refund me. The behavior ("increasing the price per cubic feet, etc"), matches my own experience. Stay away! They are just this side of 'legal'.

   Complete Rip Off and Scam

   I found out this company was subcontracted through “Vanguard Moving Services LLC”. Between the two companies they changed the binding estimate 3 days ahead of scheduled pickup of personal property. By then it was too late to cancel with Vanguard. They high jacked my personal property, sent an inexperienced driver therefore you are forced into paying a $750 shuttle fee. Furniture was damaged like you wouldn’t believe. My door on my china cabinet flew open because it wasn’t properly secured. It broke the wooden frame completely and the guy just shrugs his shoulders. Stay away!!!!!

   So they were the contracted movers and they send a truck yesterday whose name in the truck read All Country Moving and Storage. The driver decided to increase the price per cubic feet. There was NO change in space needed and I even suggested to reduce my space needs from 1700 cf to 1500 cf for the same agreed price. They did not answer their phone however the driver was able to call them. Driver stated that G&M and All Country is the same company with different corporate names.

   Nightmare. The driver was a LIER and RASIST

   They were HORRIBLE. They took over 1.5 month to deliver my stuff from NY to LA, which is over beyond their "maximum estimate time." And I asked the driver for the fastest delivery, he told me it was gonna take 6-12 days. Although that driver picked up my stuff was really kind and good person, I personally evaluate him very highly, the nightmare started after that. My stuff didn't arrive after 1.5 month. How would you spend your new life without any of your furniture and appliances? This terrible time broke my back, and I lost my precious time for work because all of my equipments were in the truck. I called the movers (United Moving Company) many many times but they barely pick up the phone. If they do, you can't expect anything. You can't contact to the carriers... which you're supposed to be able to but they NEVER picked up the phone... The movers don't have the ways to contact the carrier, this is really a stupid and irresponsible system. When finally they arrived, there were many confusions, the driver changed the schedule many times and they didn't tell me they only accept cash and paychecks, but because of their too late notification, I had no time to prepare them. The driver guy treated me like a garbage when he realized that I didn't have cash. (Which I negotiated a few ways to make it up) He lied to me, tricked me and kept cursing me with RACISM WORDS. I cried on the street and people saw it. I have the voice memo with me. But they still NEVER APOLOGIZED to me about it. So so so bad. I need them to show me some respect at least. And they should refund some money for causing massive delay, breaking my back, causing trouble on my work, and for hate crime he made.

    False imprisonment

    This company does not do background checks. Could be a sex offender looking at all of your things. They are currently in a lawsuit for locking someone in The back of a truck. They refuse to pay people and demand cash above contracted prices at the delivery. Sounds like tax evasion
