   Do Not Use This Company Seriously!!

   This company is nothing but a bunch of professional scamers. They hook you promising the lowest prices, best services etc.. Then on the day of pick up the lies and hustling routine goes into full effect. They start jacking up the prices and charging you for packing materials etc.. that you don't need or want but will tell you "I'm going to take care of this for you, don't worry about the price" Then at the end of the day when its time to sign paperwork and the packing materials sheet is thousands above the original contract you will get the "all I need is for you to sign this, this is just for my moving crew to justify what they did today. Management is aware of everything and will makesure your discounts and everything will be just like the original estimate. To ease your concerns I'm going to write will be reviewed by management and I'm not even going to take any payment at all today until you are fully satisfied." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY so you don't have to deal with this lip service in the first place and what ever you do don't sign that form. Management will never call you, only their collections representative, they have your property in their possession and that's when they really become [EDIT]. They will deny every promise they ever made and best believe if you see your items again they won't be in the condition they were at the beginning. I had a short timeline to move and can't believe none of the negative reports popped up when I did my initial research. I checked the Hawaii BBB on these guys and they had no reports. I didn't think to check the California one which would have alerted me to these fraudsters. Please don't make my mistake!!

   Do Not Use This Company.

   Guardian admitted to over charging us and offered to reimburse us for $3,000. This was unbelievable as the overcharged us by over $7,000. We went to Small Claims Court and mediated a settlement and still they failed to make payment. We are having to go back to court. They are holding our goods and are giving us problems with delivery dates in Hawaii.
