   Easiest move ever!!

   I hate moving, like everyone else BUT Infinity Van Lines made moving so easy and seamless. Their customer service is amazing, the staff was professional and kind throughout the entire process, and their pricing is incredibly competitive. Moving is always so difficult to do but I didn't feel the least bit stressed about my move this time, the staff truly took care of me and made sure that I was thr priority. I was so pleased with the service provided that I will be referring them to friends and family!

   Amazing Service!

   I recently moves from Crystal River, FL. to Springfield, MA. I needed a service I could trust and was well known. I didn't just want to use anyone to trust with my belongings. Infinity Van Lines was recommended to me by a friend and so I decided to do some research on them. I only found great things. The day I called to get my quote the service was great! The person I spoke with was so incredibly nice and very helpful. I was quoted around $2000 for everything. The day of the move which was about a week later they showed up not only on time but they were even a little early which is a great quality. The men that came were so respectful and I felt safe with them in my house. They were dressed respectively and spoke to me kindly and with honor. This is another great quality I was looking for. How could I trust people with my stuff if they didn't look and act respectful right? So as soon as everything was loaded up they gave me my information and they were off. I left a few hours later to my new home. (First time buyer here). I was beyond excited and I was so glad I didn't have the burden or worry on my shoulders of having to worry about my things. I arrived three days later to my destination. I drove also. They had already been there with my things for almost a day! They were so helpful when we were ready to get everything in! They took very well care of my stuff and I am so grateful for them! If I ever need to move again or know someone that is moving I will never use or recommend another service! They definitely got 5 stars across the board! My things arrived as they had left and I am more than pleased!

   Simply Amazing.

   These guys were professional, punctual, friendly, and took real care with our stuff. They made sure everything was neatly packed and wrapped, and made our move far less stressful. They worked super hard too, we have heavy stuff!  They went above and beyond my expectations. All my furniture was in the same good shape as at the beginning of the moving. Great service! Very fast and efficient. Friendly and personable.

   Moving from Boston to LA.

   I moved from Boston to LA and my overall experience was bad. I will not recommend this movers to others as basically they are cheaters. They first estimated me $2700 but sent some other agencies at my home to pick up and they charged me hefty $5500. They told us that they will come before 3 PM but came in night and finally loaded the truck at midnight. They also broke many of my articles dring transit.The customer service is awful. Most of the time my call went to the voice message and they never returned my call. Beware of the guy "DAN" whois a sales agent and will tell he is the single point of contact before you sign the paper but once you sign he will never communicate or reply your email/messages.Some agents are very rude and will never tell the status of your truck and when it will reach to the destination. Only good thing is the people who delivered atLA were good.

   Horrible movers. Beware!

   They will charge you extra for everything that is not told upfront. In the end, they will keep furniture as it is and not even assemble it. They will take money in cash and threaten to not transfer if you do not pay the guys. Cheat, fraud, scammers, they wont event process the claim that they agree to after breaking stuff.

   They broke my stuff and now won't answer the phone.

   Infinity did a terrible job on my move. They broke a LOT of my stuff. Now, I packed the boxes myself, so technically they aren't responsible for that. I personally don't think they needed to CRUSH my boxes, but that's my opinion. They WERE responsible for the furniture and art, and they broke several pieces. They also gave me a box that wasn't mine, and they didn't care at all about retrieving that person's possessions when I called to tell them. Never tried. That was over a year and a half ago. I filed a claim afterwards for the broken stuff that they were responsible for, and they have given me the run-around ever since. 90% of the time they don't answer the phone and my messages go unreturned. On the 10% of the time that they do answer the phone, they apologize, and say they'll call me back when they have figured out why the claim hasn't gone through yet. Never once have they called back. This is a terrible company that deserves to go out of business. They make the world a measurably worse place.

   Worst mover I ever dealt.

   This mover is basically a CHEATER and FRAUD. I will advise NEVER do business with them. I have moved with them 6 months ago, they charged almost double what what agreed and broke my furniture worth $5000. When I filed claim they came up with $100 settlement. I send them the completed form 3 months ago and try calling (9 out of 10 goes to voicemail) or emailing them but they are not returning my email or call. If somehow I get some representative he/she forward my my call to voicemail.

   My Worst Move Ever.

   These guys are horrible. They quoted me 1 price and more than doubled it when they came to pick up. They held my stuff in a warehouse for over a week while waiting for a truck. When they finally arrived much later than expected everything was broken and damaged. Filed a claim in November 2014 and still have not been paid. The minimal amount they are paying is ridiculous. This company is a joke.

   Just another scam company!!

   28 days and counting.. Peter in sales promised to be my contact any time I needed anything but fell of the face of the earth after he had his contract. Dispatch rarely answers and when they do has nothing reassuring to share. Ciara said me us that our things would be arriving 2 weeks ago and they needed payment right then! When I followed up to see why it was never delivered when she said it would be she said our things were on a truck (4 hours away) but they, "don't want to go out of their way to deliver them," to us even though we paid a $500 "destination fee."  So my husband and I escalated it to customer service who doesn't have much to say. It has been 28 days today and they still don't know when our things will get here. .

    Do Not Use This Company!

    Infinity Van Lines was the most awful company I have ever worked with.  We were lied to multiple times about #1 price of the service #2 when our things would be picked up #3 when our things would be delivered.  The worst was when our things would be delivered.  They had PROMISED us that we would have our things in no later than 1 week from the date it was picked up.  21 days later is not 1 week I can assure you.  They also treat their employees terribly (atleast in the Dallas area).  We had these poor boys dropped off at our home for multiple days with no food or drink and we lived in the country, where there are no fast food places nearby.  The poor guys had to work all day with nothing, until we realized that they had had nothing to eat or drink all day and then we got to feed them.  It was RIDICULOUS!  This company should be put our of business for their poor practices!  Believe me, we did our homework before we hired this company, read multiple reviews online and talked to their sales person on the phone multiple times.  But, I will tell you to hire someone else to save yourself the pain of dealing with such a dishonest and unreliable company.  Spend the extra money and go with a more reputable company!
