   Moving furniture from house to POD storage unit.

   The movers were awesome! On time, polite and much more organized and efficient in packing the POD than we would have been. We were able to fit way more than we anticipated in the Pod due to their stacking ability. Would hire again!!

   Horrible..STAY AWAY!!

   Moving is a stressful experience but my most recent move was made ten times more stressful thanks to Integrity Movers. Heed my warning: DO NOT USE THIS MOVING SERVICE! They have no real concept of customer service.   My story:   **I was scheduled to move on a Sunday. Did not receive a confirmation call the day prior.   **When I called to confirm Sunday morning around 10am, Brandon assured me that his guys would be giving me a call within the hour and would be at my apartment to move me around 2pm. (An hour later than originally scheduled.)    **2pm came and went. Didn't receive a call from anyone. Called and left  a message around 2:30pm. No response; Called in 30 minute intervals for about two hours, then switched to 15 minute intervals. (I guess they got tired of me calling because then the phone would ring twice, then go to voicemail.)   **5:30pm finally heard from one of the movers. He gave me some sob story about how the drivers' phone died so he was unable to keep me updated on their status.  Complained that he got called into work to help out since they were running so far behind. All would have been forgiven if he had said that they were on their way to my place but he proceeds to explain that they have two more jobs to do before they could get to me. He couldn't give me an exact time as to when they would be arriving -- only told me that it would be "really late." Mind you, I had to go to work the following morning.  Thank God I sent my fiance to Uhaul before they closed at 6pm. We called on some friends to help us get the job done. Though we didn't finish until well past midnight, it was worth not giving a dime to this undeserving company.    One star is too much for a company that ignores calls and runs upwards of 5 hours behind schedule. I'm still waiting for a sincere apology for their horrible customer service. And honestly, I'm beginning to wonder if the glowing reviews I read were falsified. .

   Company initially called to introduce self/confirm time. The day before move I called to confirm and the initial time remained the same. Received a call that evening from company stating time needed to be changed and I complied. The day of move no show/no returned calls or text.

   Do not use this Company.

   Awlful -  Do not use this company. The two workers was slow loading my furniture and wanted to charge me for 7 hours for a 4 hour job. Their boss David was rude yelling at me on the phone instead of yelling at his workers. It's no way my two bedroom apartment should have taken 7 hours. The boss must have told them to get her stuff off the truck because they unloaded quicker along with DAMAGING my furniture without informing me. I don't know if this is how they treat the women customers but I will never call them again. THE MOVE WAS AWLFUL and I still paid them more than I should have paid. OH and the boss wanted me to pay up front once he realize that I was not happy with a 7 hour bill. HELL NO unload my furniture before I pay a dime.  I need to be contacting the BBB and the MICHIGAN  MOVERS ASSOCIATION on this company.  Don't waste your time or your hard earned money.

   Integrity Movers - do not use them.

   I have move my household belongings from New York to Utah and I have listed all my stuff and got a quote for $1600. I got other quotes and was told that it should be - 10%.  So I set up a schedule and they were suppose to come in the morning at 9am but they arrived late at 11am.    Nevertheless they move my stuff down and upon completion I was told that my items were too much (same item as I have listed to them for quote) and was told to pay $6000.  What a difference. I told them that I got the quote and it is only $1600.  He then told me that its only an estimate.  I told them I am not paying and he said sure he will leave the stuff on the roadside and I have to get another movers.  Well as you can see I have no choice.  So I have to pay $6000.  Now my stuff is in Utah and few n boxes of speakers were missing.  I am now filling a claim.  I phone them numerous times and always transfer me to a voice mail.  I was later then given an email to forward to and nothing came back after numerous email.  I then called the company again and again and again.  Getting nowhere.  I will file a small claim court in New York.  Hope this will have their attention.   Do not use them at all.

   Integrity Movers incredibly dishonest.

   Absolute WORST moving experience. I told the representative everything I had down to each detail and they quoted me for an amount slightly lower than another moving company did so we used them on our cross country move. I had movers show up (a day late after telling them it was very time sensitive and had to be that day and I planned weeks in advance) and they tell me that for what I paid they  can only take half of my stuff, pay the $500 cancellation fee, or pay $700 more(originally they wanted more money)  to get a little more of my stuff but not everything. I ended up losing half of what I owned due to this move because they wouldn't bring my living room set and all of my kitchen appliances and belongings. Integrity Moving has no integrity at all. Then they show up and all my boxes were beat up and smashed up. My trash can was unusable (a $60 stainless steel one). I even had my printer and piano keyboard stolen. I would NEVER recommend these people! On top of my experience, their phone team all did not know what they were doing and were usually really rude to me. .

   They Lie And Dont Care to Help You.

   It has been over 7 to 10 days I was told I would get my furniture iand it still not here I moved on the 8/8/2012 it is now 8/24/12 still no word from movers I have called teice and got no where..I'm sleeping on the floor  I have no clothes but what little I took with me.I have no post or pans to cook with so having sandwiches and useing a microwave for vv dinners.They quoted me one price and when moved me quoted me another price.they charged me for 4 bureaus when I had a one room apt.it discists me how we get ripped off  byt these kind of people! I will report them to the BBB..I'M sitting on the floor and sleeping on a quilt on the floor..how I am 60 years old and trying not to breaK DOWN AND CRY  FROM BEING HURT TO HURTING FROM LAYING AND SITTING ON THE FLOOR!!ALLSO THEY WERE VERY LATE PICKING MY THINGS UP I GOT NO APOLOGY!!I EXPLAIN I NEEDED TO BE IN MY APT BY THE 15TH YEAR RIGHT!!  .

   Masters of the No Call / No Show.

   David and his buddies screwed me over twice within a week, with no calls / no shows.  I called on 7/21, was told they could fit me in at 6:00 for 2 hours that should have only taken about 90 minutes, and they would call when on the way.  I stayed until 8:00.  No calls, no replies to my calls wondering what's going on.  I figured they were busy or tired and couldn't make it, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called the next Monday and rescheduled for Friday the 27th at 6:00.  I was told it should be a slow day and they would take care of me.  I called that morning to confirm, and could hear the attitude in David's voice.  Once again, I show up at 6:00.  No call and no show.  4 calls into them, and nothing.  The 4th message was very angry.  This morning, no call to apologize.  HORRIBLE!!  Man up and apologize for this rude disrespect.  I've left my phone number on your voice mail at least 10 times, so you know where to find me.
