   From my very first call with Hector, to coordinating with Jeanine and even making a real Minnesota snowman for Ronnie - everything was absolutely perfect. Moves like these can be stressful, emotional, and overwhelming at times, but the ISAS team made this as easy as it could be. Always available for questions (even the dumb ones), always honest about prices and timings, and always done on a personal level. Also to note that the companies that they coordinated with on either side were top shelf. Thank you to the entire team at ISAS for for taking such good care of both my family's belonging and of me as your client. Highly recommended.

   Moving from Puerto Rico to Florida

   I just want to shout out a big thank you to the team of Robert Ruppert and Talia Aviani of International Sea & Air Shipping. This company in record time was able to deliver my mother's possessions from Puerto Rico to Florida in 5 weeks. The company that was used in Puerto Rico was PR Packers. Three individuals who were prompt, boxed quickly and we're focused. Due to my mother's illness she could not be there so as her daughter and representative, everyone from Mr. Ruppert, Ms. Aviani, Sylvia of PR Packers and the movers were professional, courteous, time conscious, punctual and gracious. Each member of this fantastic team were always willing to answer any concerns I had. They understood my dilemma and that this was my first move from one country to another. Every step of the way, I was being guided by Mr. Ruppert and his team's expertise. The three movers arrived at 8 am and did not leave until 1 pm when the move was finally complete. It was time consuming and never once did I hear any of the three men complain even though it was a very hot and humid day. When the movers finished the job, I felt as if a burden was lifted off my shoulders. International Sea & Air Shipping did excellent work. This all took place on November 19 and on December 22, 2021 my mother received her household items in Florida. Once the move had reached Florida, I received a phone call from a worker of PR Packers to coordinate the scheduled time of when the boxes would turn up in New Port Richey. Everyone and everything showed up on time and in perfect condition. Truly, as I had been informed by IS&AS staff, their commitment from door to door service is stupendous and a credit to their mission statement. I am recommending International Sea and Air Shipping and the team of Robert Ruppert to all my family and friends. Muchas gracias !

   A bit expensive but the A+ customer service & care was worth it. I kept throwing them curveballs (my moving plans changed) and they were always very patient with the handling of my account. Paid a ton for storage. But ultimately everything arrived safe, promptly, and in good condition. (My shipment never went overseas, it ended up staying on USA mainland.)

   International Sea & Air Shipping was a positive experience. Customer Service is a top priority for them. Tali, the Office Manager, was able to accommodate my last minute request to ship items! Tali was involved with the shipping from beginning to end keeping me updated. She was courteous and conscientious each time we communicated. My items arrived without incident and on time. The packing and delivery staff were competent and polite. I would recommend this company to my friends and family!

   Door to Door Move from Covid Lockdown Germany to USA

   Why do I recommend this company? a. They have the best information on their website, bar none. b. They have the best customer service, responding often within minutes. They made the "complicated" easy. c.They have teamed up with great companies. d. Hillary, who as the first phone contact immediately helped me destress about vessel shipping personal objects & art work during Covid. She explained how they will set it up, make the wooden boxes, etc. - in other words, she went through it - A to Z. e. Talia, as Operations Manager did a terrific job organizing the door to door process. She was there every step of the way; be it tech help regarding the documents, keeping me updated,- even getting back with me to hear how something went. I had searched, online for companies that would ship a 1/3 container load, Door to Door. After weeks of numerous phone calls, reading info, taking photos, sending photos, 2 people coming by, crazy high estimates, or "No we can't do that", I was ready to leave everything in a German storage unit and come back in a year. So when I found International Sea and Air Shipping, I was very happy.

    Disappointing

    After scrupulously scouring the internet for a reliable shipping company, I came across this specific review page for International Sea & Air Shipping and saw the ratio of good reviews to bad (I wish I would have read all of the not good experiences as they're pretty spot on). I was in the process of moving to France and had a pretty large instrument (Vibraphone), that needed to be shipped. The men came to my house, gathered my things, and my vibraphone, and communicated to me that due to the size of the vibraphone it would need to be consolidated into a single package at the warehouse. Having never done this before, I didn't see this as odd. A few months pass, my boxes arrive in France, I go through each of the boxes and find that the main piece of my instrument is nowhere to be found. The men that international moving co hired to bring my items to the warehouse, collected my things, and did not package the most important part of my instrument. Meanwhile, everyone at international moving kept reiterating that they did, yet logically, had they shipped it, it would have been with my belongings. Fortunately I took out the insurance policy, but even still, the insurance deducted $500 from the total of the missing item ($829) to receive the difference of $329. Which means I am still having to pay $500 + international shipping for my missing part. The company has not offered to make any of this right and refuses to help with international shipping of the missing part, which is honestly the very least they could do for putting their customers through such a headache. Regarding customer service, Ronnie was mostly great. I feel like he told me what I wanted, but I don't think they actually tore up the entire warehouse looking for my item, as he also reiterated that they swore they shipped it, which doesn't provide much inspiration for a deep search. Hillary lacked in customer service skills to the point where I asked her to refrain from communication with me. She was rude, short, and often dismissed any questions I had with a, "Thank you." Jeanine was perhaps the most professional. Overall, zero accountability for their wrong doing and rather negligent and uncaring with people's belongings.
