   The highlight of a good experience at this company is that the staff and movers alike take the wishes of the customers into account. They not only listen but they act on it as well to make sure you have a smooth experience. I had a terrific time relocating with their competent moving crew recently. None of my things were harmed. I wholeheartedly recommend their services!

They know how to tackle large size furniture, fragile items. They have solution to every problem. They did best for my move and I really liked their service.    The moving team was very professional, thorough and caring with our belongings. They followed up on the phone, making sure our questions were addressed. We also had great communication and advice from our customer. Thanks to all! Most of our items are still in transit, but we got a small/partial set of boxes delivered as planned, everything is in great shape.

   Excellent moving service!! We had a team of 3 that moved us. They are true professionals. They confirmed the appointment multiple times with strong preparation. The movers were on time, careful and absolutely took care of us. They never complained once and were an absolute delight. They even helped pack up our last items that we didn't get to. They unloaded everything perfectly - set up our living room furniture to our taste, our office and our bedrooms - all in good spirits. They had all the needed equipment to make the move as smooth as possible. They took extra care of our big ticket items and carefully wrapped everything. We will absolutely use them again. Don't hesitate! Their reviews are well deserved and earned. Look nowhere else!

   I cannot say enough about how wonderful a job. They were punctual, professional, efficient and friendly. Moving in generally is very stressful but with these guys my fears were put to rest.     WARNING — Please be careful with Jersey Moving Pro.

    This was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had with a company. First, they kept my $250 deposit even though I called less than 24 hours later to RESCHEDULE my move, not cancel it. Then they gave me an estimate over the phone without ever seeing the apartment, and the inventory list on the contract did not even match my items. The representative, Richard, told me not to worry about it and even admitted he signed the contract for me “to make things easier.” The move was confirmed for early morning because my building had strict moving hours. The movers never showed up on time, and after multiple calls, the manager Joe tried to push the move to the afternoon even after I explained we had a closing the next morning. Three very young movers finally arrived and immediately admitted there was “no way” the move would be finished on time. The movers themselves worked extremely hard and were the only positive part of this experie
