   House moved.

   Legacy Moving Services did a great job moving our home. They arrived on time, had all the equipment and went right to work. The movers did not stop working. They took apart our beds and bunk beds, unhooked the washer and dryer and help move some equipment out of our garage. The guys were great. They put everything back together at the new house very quickly. I would use them again. Doug stayed in touch and came by several times during the move. The guys were polite and worked hard. I recomend Legacy Moving Services. Brent Glaser.

   Legacy Moving Services.

   Excellent move! These guys were fast, efficient and worked in the pouring rain. The moving job got done on time. They set up our baby grand piano and all the furniture in the house was set up. They put all the boxes the right rooms and the men even hung my flat screen TV! I received a 10% because I am a veteran. These guys were great and even gave me a Legacy Moving Services T-Shirt! I highly recommend Legacy Moving Services!

   Legacu Movers.

   Although they arrived 2 hours late, they were very careful with my mom's furniture and belongings. They were very quick and checked with me on things. (Although there was one man who was a little clumbsy and broke some of my mom's antiques).. But over all the experience was very good. I was moving my mom into a nursing home, and they made - what could have been a very sad experience - into a pleasant day. Make sure to pay in cash to avoid a 6% extra charge! I would recomend them to my friends and am getting ready to use them again when I move into my house in a few weeks. .

   Move was excellent!

   Just wanted to let everyone know that I was very happy with the moving service I received from Legacy Moving Services in Frisco, TX.   The movers were really easy to work with. We downsized our home and moved out of state and still had way too much stuff but "The Fun Movers" really worked with me in getting everything into our new house.  They did not complain when I asked them to move a few things around to make it fit better. Rob, Reggie, Marc, and Larry were just happy to do the job and make it work! We did get a lot of rain and windy weather the day of the move and I thought about changing dates but they said that I needed to keep the date I had set up because they had another house to move the next day. They even sent an extra mover at no charge to make sure eveything went smooth and remained on schedule!  Now that's service! Our overall experience with Legacy Moving Services was Excellent.  The men had a great attitude, were very strong and worked very hard to get the job done.  I am happy to say there were no damages and all my items arrived on time, safe and in great condition.  I highly recommend Legacy Moving Services to anyone that is looking for a local moving company that provides excellent out of state service.  Call Doug and his team today!  .

   Excellent service.

   Professional, excellent communication, experienced and courteous staff.  I could not ask for a better moving company.  My move was from Dallas to the Detroit area, and involved loading up a 3 bedroom town house.  I have moved quite a few times due to my job, and this was the easiest most professional experience I have had.  My furniture was not damanged, and although I packed my own boxes for this move, they were handled with care so nothing was broken.

   Horrible.

   4 Hours late and showed up with 2 men and one truck when I was promised 4 men and 2 trucks.. slow as heck and smoke breaks and smoke breaks..looking for a moving company?  Keep looking!  Beware   These guys will promise you anything to make a sale, try to get you to sign paperwork before you get a chance to review your property, move slower than snails, and then wont return your calls. Horrible moving experience.  I have used moving companies in the past and I know what should and should not be expected.  They refused to put boxes in the rooms where we wanted..just told us "That ain't part of the deal"  They just don't care.  Beware of these guys.  In fact, run!  .

   Horrible Move!!

   Let me first start by saying that I believe that the service I received from Legacy's employees are a direct reflection of the owner of the company, Doug. The employees are overworked, underpaid, and treated badly. I witnessed it firsthand. The guys had a great attitude with me. However, when your boss is working you from 9:00AM until 1:00AM, there is a cost. Unfortunatly, our family paid that price in our move with Legacy. We have moved five times long distance in 20 years. The move with Legacy cost me more in dollars and durress than all of those moves combined. Doug over promised and under delivered. He spreads his guys too thin in name of the almighty dollar. I had put my deposit down and booked my move with Doug. I was susposse to have packers for 2 days prior to my move. I had one for 1/2 of a day prior to my move day. I kept getting pushed back and pushed back, even to the point that Doug wanted to push my move off an entire day! Come to find out, he had doubled booked. So instead of taking care of his customer, me, he went after the bucks and booked his guys to move someone instead of being at my house to pack us up. They showed up at 5:00AM and didn't leave until 1:30AM. After telling Doug how rude and inconsiderate this was of me and my job and my children's school the next day, he told me I had no choice! Our belongings finally make it to the destination, and almost EVERY SINGLE PIECE is damanged. Dealing with Legacy Moving has cost me so much more than the $7,500 that I was charged to move our household!! If your sanity is worth anything to you, do not use Legacy Moving.
