   Wow amazing guys.

   These guys moved me from lower east side to flushing last month, and all I can say is wow.. They gave me a great price and not a single piece was scratched of damaged. They guys were super nice and super careful, I can not thank the crew from lift movers enough. If you ever plan on moving in NYC or anywhere for that matter you better call these guys. You made my day so easy and I can't thank you enough. You guys rock!!

   One of the most disappointing services in my life

   If there was a way to give below star rating I would sadly- and let me emphasize I am not a serial online reviewer, I am not an angry, ill-intended, difficult individual and I have a very busy life. I commissioned the services of this company, at the suggestion of a friend, and I opted for their ‘white-glove’ offering to pack up my household during COVID. Ive kept my items under their supervision for a little over a year, and in March of this year, I contacted them to get my items back only to discover they declared the vast majority of my large and bulky items lost. We are talking mattress; media consoles; desks; bar etc. items that dont get so easily lost given their size (best part: i received four legs but not the rest of the table.) since March 2022, I have been waiting for this firm to connect with its insurance company and provide ANY official reimbursement response for this. Ive followed up at least once every week- sometimes multiple times/week as I have been unable to move forward with my life. To date, I have a bed and a couch out of a complete 1-BR apartment. I have never experienced a more disappointing, frustrating, unprofessional service. I have calculated roughly over the years, a fee that totals somewhere in the range of 11,000+ USD to safely store my belongings and bring them back to me. Months later, not only have I not received a single cent from them, I have been unable to move on- because they have done nothing to acknowledge the impact their poor service but also even poorer handling of this situation has triggered for me, and my livelihood. I would really not recommend this company under any circumstances. Mistakes can happen to anyone but the proactive choice of this firm- its client and claim department- to be this unresponsive and this passive to a loyal customer, means that, no one is really, truly taking care of you and your belongings- the bread and butter of storage companies.
