   Terrible beyond belief

   I wish there was an option for zero stars. My experience with low budget movers was almost hard to believe. I think they damaged more items than they delivered unscathed. First, they didn’t show up on my original move date because they had written down the correct day of the week, but the wrong date. Then they convinced me that I needed to pay for a third mover, when the three man crew showed up the following day, they got in such an argument within the first few minutes, that the third guy walked away. In the middle of my neighborhood, presumably with nowhere to go, just walked off the job. You can imagine the mood of the remaining movers for the rest of the day. Broken bed, dropped a tv, 3 out 5 mattresses ripped, couch set or dragged on asphalt now permanently stained. A custom bookshelf made by a friend was broken into six pieces?! How it is even possible to do that accidentally is beyond me. They lost the little cylinders that hold the bolts into my sons bunk bed, and figured, “to hell with,” and out a child’s bunk bed together with a total of three secured bolts. Fortunately, we tried to make the bed before either of our kids got on it and realized how dangerous it was. The kicker to all of this, was that my wife was so put off by the seedy individuals that did our move, in a rented truck with no company logos by the way, that she wouldn’t let me complain out of fear that they knew our address. Honestly, had they refunded 100% or even 200% of what we paid for our move, we’d still be out. Never, never so much as consider this company for your move.

   Horrible company! DO NOT USE!

   WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. quoted me 3 to 4 hours @ $99 per- instead 1 mover was sick and spent at least 20 min out of each hour in my bathroom all day then billed me for 9 hours - they broke several antique/or expense pieces of furniture, left things behind, tried to get me to go to the bank to get cash for them. He screamed at me in front of a witness that they will never move anyone in Scottsdale again because I wouldn't sign that I was satisfied with their job. I called to report to the owner and instructed by Corey to file a claim, they never responded to my lawyer and now I'm taking them to Small Claims court for the $2300 they owe me for damages and partial hour refund and reported to AZ Atty General. Brian ignores every summons sent to them & never called me back. Check all reviews carefully, they're disgustingly awful.

   Don't Hire - especially for long haul moves!

   Don't use this company for long haul moves!! They are terrible. They moved my home contents and damaged several pieces of furniture with scratches / bruises - this is an obvious result of not knowing how to pack a truck effectively. They crushed multiple boxes - I haven't even opened them yet as I am too disgusted with the whole situation. They were late by over 24 hours in arriving to my home - I was in contact with the driver several times and EVERY time he was unable to provide a REASONABLY accurate estimate of when they would arrive. The driver was texting me in the middle of the night giving me updates that were totally inaccurate / useless - I don't need to know that he is stopping for gas, over slept because he was tired and needed to wash up after a long drive - what the heck is that about?? After a while, I just stopped believing him and just waited for them to arrive. After they delivered the contents of my home to the destination, the driver was getting belligerent with me on what was damaged and chalked it up to "that is what happens when you move". How about - that is what happens when you hire incompetent movers that don't know how to pack a truck for long haul? While the price was right, the experience was terrible! Don't use this company, not worth your belongings getting damaged or missing.

   Bad experience with Low Budget Movers.

   Bad experience!  We decided to hire Low Budget Movers to make things less stressful. The movers we got were quite inefficient in terms of disassembling and assembling furniture.  In this way, a process that was supposed to take 5 hours per their estimate, took 12 hours due to their inefficiency (you’re paying per hour).  The movers fiddled and fiddled (while on the clock) with our $800 crib until they broke it, rendering it useless.  We were promised we would get a call to fix it or replace it, but it never happened (over a week now giving us the runaround).  Finally, when we objected to the price and requested a discount at the end of the day due to our experience, they threatened to take our property as payment .  It could be that we were just unlucky but Watch Out!

   Don't deserve even 1 star.

   Worst experience ever! They dropped my tv, broke an antique hutch, ripped a hole in a love seat. They started out taking responsibility for the damage, then when they found out how much it was all going to cost to repair they decided to become [EDIT]. Brian yelled at me and hung up on our phone conversation. I contacted BBB and Brian lied to the BBB, so the case was dropped, very disappointed with the BBB also. Brian had his guys pick up my damaged items and was going to give me substitutes items in their place. How is a gross, filthy tv going to replace my tv that was dropped? How is a different couch going to replace the nice couch that I had? How is a completely different hutch going to replace my deceased mother's hutch? Brian can't seem to understand this! They threw my couch away, so I have no couch, my tv is still broken and when my hutch was returned to me it had ADDITIONAL glass broken on it! Brian denied that it was broken by them moving it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I was told that the paperwork I was signing was to deny the additional insurance if the moving truck was in an accident during the move and my items were damaged. We were only moving 4 miles, they weren't in an accident. The items were damaged due to their negligence.

   No Not Use This Company!!

   This company would receive negative stars from me if it were possible. Since the Owner has not responded to me I am only left to submit this review hoping another single mom doesn't get taken advantage of. Not only did Brian at Low Budget movers cancel on me not once, but twice in 2-days. And not sure I would have even been a customer if I hadn't contacted them with the no show and the no call to follow up. I feel I was the most patient of patient when it comes to a customer and went above and beyond for this company, which actually should have been the other way around, I was the customer. I was flexible in my move and believe that allowed me to be taken advantage of in the end. As you are well aware the first scheduled move for Monday, May 28th on this date I was left me stranded with no movers even contacting me to inform me they wouldn't be here. With no call it lead me to contacting Brian, the owner twice that evening feeling awful I was bugging him on the holiday. Then again I was the customer not even being contacted, why should I have felt bad. I had no choice due to the time that evening, but to reschedule for the next day, Monday, May 29th. Then yet again the same thing occurs the only difference is I was forced to take off work and miss when I didn't need to since no one showed up yet again. Unbelievable, I was shocked. Cancelled on or no show twice is absolutely unacceptable. Yet again I was very accommodating and understanding. I was then scheduled for first thing the following morning 7-9 am arrival time and advised me that you would go ahead and give me $99 discount for the inconvenience, and 3 movers would be there bright and early to take care of my 2-bedroom move. Very simple, as I had moved all my personal items, everything, the only thing I had was furniture 2-bedrooms, living area, dining table and patio set. That's it very simple and only furniture no boxes or personal goods whatsoever. The truck and only 2-movers arrived at 8:15 am. Feeling great that this would be knocked out in 2-hours at the most possibly 3 and I could get to work. However, 6-hours later that was absolutely ridiculous. I had the slowest movers who had no care in the world. Not only did I miss another day of work but was out an additional 3-hours of my time that wasn't necessary and was completely unacceptable. Then my youngest son goes to bed and low and behold it comes crashing down. Low Budget movers put the bed back together, and broke the side frame. Then proceeded to place the mattress on the bed and leave as if nothing occurred. I am very lucky the bed didn't fall or hurt my son as it is a heavy frame and he is very small. That was the icing on the cake. Yes, the movers were pleasant and nice but over all I am very, very unsatisfied. There is no way the move should have taken more than 3-hours with what little I had to move and to come away with a day and 1/2 of loss wages and a broken bed from from your company is very concerning. I was looking to the Owner to himself in my place. What would you do if the situation was reversed you were the customer, meaning you were cancelled on twice, no showed without even a call from the company for an update forced to call on your own (awful customer service), then the move was far to long (double) and they left you with damaged furniture. If this was you how would you like the situation. I originally went with this company due to the YELP review and now I hope I can only help someone not make the same mistake. I only wanted the company to make it right but with no response forced to submit this.
