   I couldn’t ask for a better 2 man crew, Mike and the other guy worked quickly and kindly, & showed up on time. Definitely will be using them for the next move. They made a big life changing event a little easier that day. I’d recommend them to anyone! Super easy to call and set this all up as well. None of my items we’re damaged either! Overall very very happy! Thank you again!

   The two guys were great. Scheduled for July 23, 2021 between 7-9am. They showed at 7:40am in the pouring rain. They worked hard and got us moved in great time. Would definitely use them again.

   Phenomenal experience with LBM.

   I'm probably going to struggle to articulate just how pleased I am with the service received from Ricky and Brian at Low Budget Movers. I had a large, imported table that had to weigh well north of 500 lbs moved from one house to another. Those two did the job in 2 hours (estimate was 3) with no issues/damage. On top of that, they had me rolling with laughter a few times with their hilarious sense of humor. They clearly worked well together and just did an incredible job. Well done, guys. Well-freaking-done.

   Best Ever Movers, PERIOD!!

   I didn't give them the title of Best Movers Ever without a reason. These guys are definitely the best experience I have ever had moving apartments. They were on time, no fuss - took care of everything without breaks. Nothing was too much trouble and they had the whole move done in 3 1/2 hours.

   Arrived on time, worked quickly and the guys, Derek and Leroy, were excellent. Very professional and gentle with my stuff. Even helped to throw some furniture out for me. I would recommend them and will refer them to other people looking for movers.

   A company that gets moving right.

   I am just writing to commend Billy and Reuben on their move on this past Wednesday. I am very particular and it takes a lot to get a perfect anything from me but with all sincerity I can say that I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were so professional and courteous I was amazed. Moving was a stressful enough situation but those two went above and beyond what I was expecting. My first moves around Arizona (I was moving from out of state) were horrible with the movers showing up 3-4 hours late with no explanation and a list of things that they were and were not going to do. They were even careless with furniture and damaged several expensive marble and glass pieces. Needless to say I was gun shy this time around. I knew I needed professional movers but I had friends on speed dial ready just in case the movers “showed out”. THANK YOU for having such great employees. Not once did I have to call my friends for help and when they checked up on me over the course of the day they were shocked that 3.5 hours later, not only was I moved out of the 1st apt but into the second. And with NO damage to my furniture this time around. They put everything exactly where I needed it (even if it meant in the storage room) so I would not have to lift it later. I could not say enough about how great these guys were that my friends are requesting their information for upcoming moves that they are thinking about. I truly just can't say thank you enough times.

   Stall Tactics.

   First thing out of drivers mouth this maybe more then 3 hours. Keep in mind he did not see the whole first floor apt of 1190 sq feet with all bo already packed and labeled and well organized. take down of of master bed was very easy and guest bed was even simpler. They started off and then moved at a snails pace one guy stopping to talk about is mom and helping her move etc. The lead guy with no personalty just took one thing at a time like a light weight lamp when there were two and both could have been carried. This was a first floor condo . The move was 7 miles to another first floor easy run apt and garage. An unload is always quicker then a load we have moved 12 times in our lives and have a lot of experience. They were stalling so much we told them to don't put the beds together I will have my son in law do it. It took my son in law 9 minutes to put the bed together in our master and 6 minutes to put the guest room bed together. This was a game for these two movers don't use these people.

    Low Budget - High Cost Movers.

    Low budget movers drastically underestimated the time and money it took for our move. They promised to send their largest truck but then said it was out of service. It then required two trips. They did agree to forgo the charge for the additional travel time. The move ended up costing me almost double what I budgeted. The movers themselves were great guys. Very cooperative and worked hard. However the attitude of the company was unacceptable. When I complained about how severely they underestimated the time and cost for the move they finally offered to take 10% off. When I called to settle they then said that it would only be 10% off the second day's service. This one day move took two days. I was told it would take 5 to 6 hrs. It took 10 hrs plus another hour or so of additional travel time. When I pressed that they said they would give 10% off and that should be for the entire move.. not just for the additional time on the second day that should never have happened they basically told me to go sue them. They said they always win. What does that tell you. They must have been sued many times however the fine print of their contracts protects them IMO. I would strongly recommend to not hire this company. Get a reputable company that sends someone out to provide a free estimate and will stand behind it.
