   This company has integrity. Customer service lacks communication skills. I did not receive my personal property according to the guidelines of my contract. Even though they guaranteed comparative pricing. They gouged me in the end. They did not provide direct door-to-door service according to the contract due date. They did poor case coordination with SafeGuard Van Lines located in New Jersey but made it appear as if they were the movers. They did not have permission from me to take my personal property to store in a warehouse in New Jersey. The contract was to take it directly to North Carolina. When my personal property arrived two weeks later, instead of the contracted date of 3 days later some were missing and damaged. The owner provided me with a false Property Damage Claim number to call and I had to contact the Attorney Generals in various states and file a police report before I was able to resolve to the point of getting some of my personal belongings. Of course, as I said was missing and or damaged.

   This company charged my credit card twice for the same service. When I call to speak to the manager they hang up on me and then don't answer the call. I received a judgement against them from court. Now their phone is disconnected. This company is not a reputable company. I would not recommend them.

   Damage property.

   We have used this company for moving last year and they damaged our refrigerator and washing machine. We filled a claim and agreed to an amount, they never send us our claim amount. We went several emails and left voicemail but no luck. Hailey is so not responsive. Very disappointed.

   Horrible experience.

   Haley the owner has not been helpful in resolving my issues. They broke my dining table, dinged/scratched/dented most of my furniture, messed up my walls and doors from bumping them, cracked my kitcken tile, and scratched up my wood floors! She sent a guy out to fix the table, and he splattered stain all over my kitchen and living room. She then insisted that the only thing she could do to help is send back the stain splatter guy to fix my walls and floor. I had all new flooring and paint done right before the move, and they ruined almost everything. They are incredibly unprofessional. Do not trust them with your home or belongings. After my refusal to let her worker that stained everything come in my home, she has stopped communicating with me. I'm now taking all steps possible to report her company.
