This company has integrity. Customer service lacks communication skills. I did not receive my personal property according to the guidelines of my contract. Even though they guaranteed comparative pricing. They gouged me in the end. They did not provide direct door-to-door service according to the contract due date. They did poor case coordination with SafeGuard Van Lines located in New Jersey but made it appear as if they were the movers. They did not have permission from me to take my personal property to store in a warehouse in New Jersey. The contract was to take it directly to North Carolina. When my personal property arrived two weeks later, instead of the contracted date of 3 days later some were missing and damaged. The owner provided me with a false Property Damage Claim number to call and I had to contact the Attorney Generals in various states and file a police report before I was able to resolve to the point of getting some of my personal belongings. Of course, as I said was missing and or damaged.

This company charged my credit card twice for the same service. When I call to speak to the manager they hang up on me and then don't answer the call. I received a judgement against them from court. Now their phone is disconnected. This company is not a reputable company. I would not recommend them.

They made moving SO easy. Prices were exactly as quoted with no hidden fees. When I called for a quote, they were very professional and answered all of my questions with more than enough details. Once the movers arrived, they were courteous and efficient. Definitely recommend!

I have moved far too many times to recount (four times in the last three years alone), and had various movers (professionals or friends) help move us in the past. Mega Man Movers impressed me from the beginning. Before the move, Haley patiently and quickly answered all my questions, and the teams that moved our family on the day of worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully. They were also friendly guys who didn’t complain about anything. Thanks so much for making a stressful time of life less so! Hopefully we won’t need to use them again but if we do move, I’ll be calling them back!

I am at an age where moving would break me so I told my husband we HAD to find a moving company. I'm so happy that I received a flyer from these amazing people. From the time I called to get a quote to the time I gave my payment I felt secure and comfortable. The 3 movers sent to my home were fast and seemed to care about the condition of my furniture. The manager Haley always made sure to ease my mind with any questions I had. My son is supposed to be moving soon and I will send him their way!
