   Nicely done

   My wife got transferred with her company and they had us tasked with managing the move and they would pay for it. We didn’t have too much in our place in Sayulita as it came mostly furnished when we moved in but we arranged with the landlord to purchase and have some things shipped. They needed a lot of care as they were delicate and we were moving into our new condo in Columbus Ohio. All went well and as scheduled. We plan to use Move Happy again as we move spring a lot and need a reliable moving company.

   My wife and I had to move to Honolulu for her to start her new job within a month. We didn’t have too many things as we move around a lot for consulting projects but we wanted to take our mattresses and other personal items. The team handled everything well and were easy to reach during the process. We recommend their services for your moving needs and plan to use them again.

   These gentlemen were awesome. Long distance from Maui to Portland, oregon. Alex kept me up to date on where my stuff was the whole time. Came in sooner then we thought but I was ready. Packing my stuff up was really good. They were gentle all the way. Getting my stuff to my house didn't work out, I expected that, so to save funds they suggested to meet up and we could transport my stuff ourselves. The truck driver handled everything very professionally. Couldn't of been happier. Until the next move.

   Move from CA to WA

   Overall had a pretty good experience. First time using a moving company so I had no idea what to expect and was pretty nervous. I researched several companies online and went with this one because it had the best reviews and were ready to move us within the week. The movers were exceptional and did a great job packing and loading. The movers who unloaded were also exceptional....but they were a different company (Jordan River Moving). The cons here were that, although communication seemed good during booking, it faltered after pick up until the other company received my load. My phone calls were never returned once pick up happened, which of course sent me into a panic. It was not made clear that there would be a different company involved, and in fact I was given the impression that it was going to be the same crew and co. delivering and was charged an extra $800 for their truck "to return to headquarters in Spokane." They didn't go anywhere near Spokane, nor do they have headquarters there. Once the delivering company, Jordan River Moving, acquired my items, they were in consistent contact with me. The other thing I've learned from this (and what I expected after reading reviews online of many different companies) is that the initial quote is never the final price. Overall, my things were picked up timely by Move Happy and delivered timely by Jordan River. The movers themselves were awesome, and all my items were intact and accounted for. I don't regret my choice with Move Happy, and would probably use them again, but I think they really need to work on communication and clarity.

   From start to finish, communication was excellent. Despite the complexity of the move with two pickup and delivery locations, everything went smoothly. Danny and his team were careful. I will definitely be recommending this business!

   Used twice, very different

   Used twice in the last six months. The pick ups were terrific, but stuff is stored for too long 2 1/2 weeks in Kailua Kona, and almost 3 weeks in LA until they finally delivered it. The first time they gave a very expensive piece of art to another drop off, then told them to keep it. Fortunately, the other people were very honest and called us. This last time many of our containers were crushed and broken, the good thing is not much inside was damaged. Maybe it was just the agent different, the first move they were responsive, kind, and professional. The second agent was rude and not very professional at all. The good thing is both times they got our stuff here in about seven weeks from Hawaii to the mainland as predicted. Probably would look at other carriers next time.

   THEY SOLE WATCHES THAT WERE KEEPSAKES

   WE MOVED OUR OWN JEWELRY. OUR ERROR WAS WE MOVED THE JEWELRY BOXES INTO THE NEW HOUSE WHILE THEY WERE STILL IN IT. WE SAW THE WATCHES THE MORNING OF THE MOVE IN OUR OLD HOUSE AND AFTER THEY LEFT THE TWO WATCHES WERE MISSING. THEY CLAIM THAT IS NOT EVIDENCE. I AM A RETIRED TRIAL LAWYER. IT IS PERFECTLY LAWFUL EVIDENCE IN EVERY COURT AS AN INFERENCE. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THE TREATMENT WE RECEIVED ONCE WE ASSERTED OUR CLAIM WAS UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY OPINION. GO ELSEWHERE, ANYWHERE BUT WITH THIS COMPANY.

   BE AWARD of SCAMS - this place is dangerous to work with

   Read all the other 1-star reviews on Yelp & here - be alarmed as my experience has been similar. Risk your valuable belongings with somewhere safer and ethical. Dysfunctional operations with manipulative, unethical customer services to justify it and take advantage of you. Below is what I faced - ** 1. Lying on the dispatch status - turned out that they initially lied about the dispatch status to ask for a much higher quote when I tried to reschedule or request rerouting. Later, I discovered our stuff had been never dispatched. ** Inflated balance on the fee signing doc - an almost 80% inflated balance was posted. I caught it and had to point it out multiple times to get it corrected before signing. **3. Unfair handling of delivery destination change: because they had given us a short notice (only after a month from the initiation) and it turned out that we couldn't meet their availability window and ETA, we ended up changing the delivery destination. Despite the new destination being 8 hours less of their labor and time, the same direction not impacting any of the logistics, they refused to credit back the difference. More than $1000 wasted. I normally don't make efforts to write negative reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I had and wanted to warn others, save them from the same troubles.

    more like unhappy move group

    unfortunately, I trusted this company with my move from Honolulu, HI to Arizona. They go over so many different names like Hawaii Moving Pros and others. I moved 33 boxes and 1 jewelry chest which they wrapped up for moving "protection". They jewelry chest arrived broken. I dealt with a woman named Tia Aleksandrova who was nothing short of rude and uncaring. She offered me $36 dollars for the chest after I showed her online the chest cost $260.00 plus $40.00 shipping. they charged me $100.00 to ship it. They broke it and would not even reimburse me the cost they charged to ship it. She stated I did not take the extra insurance so all i was entitled to was $36.00. The insurance was for things beyond their control. they wrapped it, they broke it, they charged $100 to ship. Do not hire this company, they will break your items and pay you nothing or take responsibility.
