   My experience with move happy was truly effortless from start to finish during a difficult time in my life. I was skeptical at first with finding the ad on instagram but they are true to their word. I had a quick and competitive quote and the guys did all the heavy lifting, and I got so many updates for my delivery. It was all such a weight off my shoulders, thank you Move Happy for doing such a wonderful and professional service!

   Move from Texas to Hawai'i

   From my initial contact to final delivery, I was completely satisfied with every step of the way. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and clear in explaining every step and question. I was given a pick up timeframe and they were there on the first day of the pickup window. The pick up driver was very friendly, thorough and careful. I was kept informed all the way. My items were delivered within the timeframe I was told, actually ahead of the time frame (they did advise me it was leaving port sooner than expected). The delivery guys were friendly, quick and careful. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

   Best moving company ever!

   From Hawaii to California, this team made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and their hospitality truly stood out. They took such good care of me during a very difficult time when I was grieving the loss of a family member and wasn’t ready to part with some sentimental items just yet. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness meant the world to me. Absolutely worth every penny for the quality of care and service they provided. Highly recommend!

   First time move from HI to CA

   Initial phone contact from Jeff was good. Liked what Move Happy had to offer/price was reasonable. Only concern was when I made $100 deposit he did not tell me there was a cc service fee. It was a small amount but I would have paid by cashiers check or other. Customers should always be notified. Our next contact was with Richard. He was really good always pleasant answering all our questions and followed up when he was unsure of the answers. We made several changes to our items and he accommodated all of our requests plus offered us a better final price that really helped our moving budget. He was always available to take our questions over the phone and updated us followed up with the status of our goods from the beginning to the end. Movers in HI pick up was excellent they came with enough help to pack and tagged all items safely and handled all transactions professionally. Mover in CA delivery was good although he came by himself he could have used another mover to assist lifting heavy items. My husband had to help. Otherwise he was very careful and carried each item safely into our home had my husband check off all items on list very professional. Only concern was when unpacking one storage container with books was filled with a colony of live ants. Ants were crawling all around some of the other containers too. My husband took a lot of time to disinfect out all of the ants then wiped down each book. Not sure how this happened? Perhaps somehow at warehouse or dock sitting before transit or at arrival to warehouse waiting for delivery. It took 40 days from pick up to delivery.

   I moved from Maui to N. California. They picked up and delivered my things with professionalism and courtesy. I will be using them again when I move to AZ. next year. Other than a last second call on receiving my goods no problems at all.

   Long distance move

   We did a long distance move from Oahu to Northern California. Excellent experience on both sides of the pond. The guys that picked up and delivered our stuff were amazing, and the folks at the main office were equally amazing. If I could I’d give more stars than 5 I would. Not one item damaged. And bonus- the price cannot be beat. If we ever need another moving company we will definitely hire Move Happy again.

   Our nonprofit organization had been at the same location for decades so when it came time to move we were anxious on who could help us.     Smooth

    My mom was coming to come live at my place for awhile and she wanted to bring her mattress and some other items from her condo in Long Beach. The cost was quite good and the team was able to navigate Southern California traffic and arrive at my place within an hour of the scheduled delivery time. The moving team was friendly and easy to reach by text since they picked up my mom’s things so there were no surprises. We plan to use them again when we have any moves coming up. My mom might get her own place in the next year or so.
