   Gives false and untrue information to get your business.

   This company goes by several different names. We hired them based on them sending us emails which they state they do not hire sub-contractors or day laborers. They stated that the movers are employees of Titan's. The movers told us directly that they are sub-contractor's and are not Titan employees. After they gave us a Binding estimate of the cost to move us the day of the move they tripled the cost. The movers told us they didn't go by what Titan's agents estimated our move because they didn't know how to estimate the costs. Our move went from $6,100 to over $11,500. Upon them delivering our furniture we found not only did they due major damage to 75% of our furniture but several items were missing. They tell us that they don't know what happened to these items. They also tell you that they wrap everything in moving blankets. Another false statement. They wrapped nothing of our furniture in moving blankets. When we have tried calling Titan they either say they'll have someone call us back but never do or they hang up on you or never answer at all. Their employees are nice and helpful until they get your business but if you have a problem with them they become very rude and nasty. Do yourself a huge favor and read all the bad reviews on Yelp as well. I wish we had known about Yelp before we hired them. Don't do business with Titan Van Lines and you'll be very happy you didn't.

   Moving from state to state.

   Not friendly at all. They didn't even bother to walk in the apartment, they looked inside hiding behind the door frame and in no less than 10 seconds told us we exceeded weight capacity. We had to sell many items so they could pack our stuff. We lost over several thousand $$. This was three weeks ago and we don't have our stuff and they still won't tell us when. Don't waste your money!! Don't get them for your moving services!!

   No Insurance like Company Website says!

   Pick a different mover!! They have NO Insurance and their website is full of lies. The site says: "$1000000 of damage control. If something happens to one of your valuables on the job, our premium insurance will cover you in case something goes wrong." Not TRUE Site Says: "Your cargo is insured for up to $20000 during transportation. New Plasma TV? Piano? Expensive kitchenware? Titan has you covered! Your cargo is protected and covered by our cargo insurance." NOT TRUE Site says: "We mean serious business. We pay thousands of dollars every year to comply with state regulations. Unlicensed movers operate in a black market and may disappear with your belongings." Titan may not disappear with your belongings, but they are operating in a black market and have workers that are not in this country with a valid work visa! They broke our 63" HDTV and then we found out they had NO Insurance. We had to sue them and they avoid being served papers at all cost. Even the owner Denis saying he was not the owner and then running. So don't walk RUN to find a better Insured Moving Company!
