   PROBLEM SOLVERS

   When my parents needed to move, Moving APT was one of the options I found. Alexander quickly responded and worked with me to get me a quote. He visited their home and gave them a quote. They appreciated how much he knew and seemed to care about their things. They arrived early in the morning on the move-out day and worked hard until late in the evening, packing all their things carefully in boxes and then loading the two large trucks. On move-in day at the new house, Mason’s team worked just as hard to get all the things inside. This included getting a large refrigerator in a too-small space, but they were patient with the problem, eventually putting it where needed. They were courteous and treated my parents well. I would certainly use them again.

   Moving APT handled my company's move flawlessly. One of our engineers recommended their services, and Moving APT delivered! Their crew came on time, brought extra boxes, and stayed late to ensure everything was set up correctly in our new office. I'll hire them again when we outgrow our new space!!

   Horrible Customer Service

   This is not a moving company it is a moving brokerage (operative word being "broke"). None of the players communicate with each other and it is extremely frustrating trying to get an answer as you keep getting phone shuffled when calling with a question or concern. My move was initially scheduled for 5/21/26, I was given a 3 day window, was called 5/20/26 with a confirmation that the movers would be arriving between 12-2 pm (MDT). They never showed, no one contacted me, I received no status update whatsoever. When I called the company, I was told the movers canceled, they didn't know why the mover's did not reach out to me or why they canceled. The move was rescheduled for 5/28/26 between 10 am-12 pm. When they had not called by 11:45 I called dispatch and went back and forth with them, then asked if the movers could call me directly, they did, arrived an hour later. There was an increase in price because some items were not on their inventory. When I attempted to pay over the phone, I was told 2 different cards were declined. I called my bank and was told they saw no charges come through, nor made any declines. Instead they emailed me a payment link, which worked. When the truck was loaded, we went over the paperwork, I paid them via Zelle, I was not told they don't accept debit or credit cards. I sat next to the gentleman, heard his phone ping, he looked at it and said that it went through, he left. An hour or so later, I am contacted almost simultaneously by 3 different numbers that the Zelle payment did not go through, they sent me a screenshot to show me that the money was returned to my account. I reminded me that per Zelle policy, money sent could not be recovered by the sender, nor could the transaction be undone (as anyone who has used Zelle knows). I called my bank and was told the money was returned by the movers' bank account. Weird, but not my fault, I sent the funds. I explained this to one of the 3 phone numbers, who said they would let the movers know. I was then contacted again by the other 2 numbers and was told I would need to resubmit the payment, this seemed extremely suspicious and I refused to resubmit the payment. They replied that unless they got paid, the moving truck would drop my things off to my house in the morning. Extremely frustrated that they were not communicating with each other, I called the last text number I received the text from and was honestly and understandably, extremely irate. I was hung up on and texted again that my things would be returned in the am if I did not pay them (again). The entire situation was very suspicious and I also filed a complaint with the BBB.

   Not a reputable company

   I highly suggest you do not use this moving broker. They hire deplorable company's to move your products. They lie about their services and when you need assistance on a major issue, I had a manager literally say to me "take what we tell with a grain of salt". They take no responsibility on your move and leave the liability between you and the moving company they hire. They also attempt to take additional money just like a car dealers finance department in upselling services you don't need and when the company they hired comes to move your furniture they claim not to be aware of them. The claims process is a joke so be prepared to get no restitution for the damages incurred from the mover APT hires. I can literally fill up a full page of the issues we had with APT but my best advice is to never use them.

   No mover showed up

   Had an Estimate of $5500 to move from Seattle to Miami with a timeframe for pickup of 3 days. They call you everyday and were very helpfull.. untill you sign. No contact possible anymore. On the second day of the timeframe I finely had contact with customer services and they told me no carrier could pickup our furniture. No other solutions offered. I had to rent my appartment an extra day before I had found (of course another) mover. I will never use this company again and will warn anyone who would listen to find another service provider.

    Avoid at all costs

    If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My family has been severely impacted by this company's poor customer service and borderline fraudulent practices. We were quoted one amount, used significantly less than that amount, but still charged the same. That's only the beginning of how poorly this company has treated our family. Between giving us several different days and times that packers would arrive to only have them not show up.. to now not giving us any date/time for our things to be delivered. They're literally holding our possessions hostage and won't disclose where they're being stored. As a military family already being uprooted, we are struggling so much with these poor business practices. Please avoid this company at all costs but even more so if you're a fellow mil-family.
