   Poor customer service

   I talked to a Ronnie over the phone which gave me a quote of almost 1600 which by the time I got a uhaul I would have done it for about 700. So I told him about this and told him no thanks. Once I told him he got rude. So I hung up on him. Day after day he called harassing me until I told him to stop calling. I never met such unprofessional people in my whole life. Looking at other reviews it was a good thing I didn't choose them. Unreal!!!!

   HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE SERVICE

   IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD! THE SALES REP LIED TO US. HE (BRAYDEN) DELIBERATELY GAVE UP A LOWER PRICE. HE SAID QUALITY ASSURANCE WILL CALL A WEEK BEFORE THE MOVE. THEY DID NOT CALL TILL LESS THAN 24 HR BEFORE MOVERS CAME IN. WHEN MOVERS CAME IN, THEY GAVE US A PRICE THAT IS 2.5 TIMES MORE THAN WE WERE QUOTED INITIALLY. THE DEPOSIT WE HAD TO PAY INITIALLY WAS $2000. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO PAY $1000 ON THE PICK UP DATE AND $1000 ON THE DROP OFF DATE. BUT THE ACTUAL PRICE THE MOVER TOLD US IS $8000 K (TOTAL). THIS IS OUTRAGES! WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND BLAMED US FOR HAVING TOO MUCH STUFF. WE DO NOT HAVE TOO MUCH STUFF. WE HAVE 3 BEDROOMS ONLY! i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE A FRAUD, LIARS AND GREEDY CHEATERS! THE COMMUNICATION WITH US WAS HORRIBLE! THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SAVE YOUR MONEY! TRUST PEOPLE WHO GOT CAUGHT IN THEIR WEB AND HAD NO OTHER OPTION BECAUSE $2 000 DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED. I WISH I CHECKED REVIEWS BEFORE I SIGNED UP WITH THEM!

   Extortionists

   They have horrible communication. They tell you they will arrive in a 2 day window, but then don't & have tons of excuses. It took 6 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment that should have taken 3 hrs max. They did not honor the very detailed estimate that I had visually verified by another company as to cu ft. They jacked up the price $3k!!! Now they say they can't tell me when I will get my stuff...could be 10 days, could be 30 days. I was told it would be here in 7 days. They are liars, cheats, and crooks!!! We are in the middle of the move...im sure there will be more drama before it is over. I've moved long distance before and it was never this complicated or painful.

   Horrible Customer Service and Lies

   This company is a broker. They lied to us and said that they had their own movers and that everything would be handled through them. We had to pay them and then we had to pay a third party when they came to pack up the household items. We also removed more than half of the items and still ended up having to pay more than the original estimated price. At that point, we didn't have a choice because we didn't have time to make other arrangements. They know this and this is how they screw you over. The movers they contract with were horrible and customer service would scream at my husband every time he tried to call to fix problems that they created. They also only had one guy driving and when the truck got here there was noone else to unload the items ;so we had to help the guy do it! Tito's Services was the contracted moving company and they hire out the unloading to random day laborers in whatever area they are unloading at. So those random people are not insured or bonded and it doesn't matter if they break your stuff because neither Tito's nor Moving Pros US will pay for it. Please avoid this company at all costs. It is not worth the hassle. They will quote you a low price and assure you that everything goes through them and that they are insured and bonded and all the guys that do the moving are with them but these are all lies! You will end up paying more to the contracted people and your items will not be safe or insured!

   Avoid like the Plague

   Unfortunately, I did not do enough research. These guys are the worst. I wish there was a negative button because even 1 star is too good for these guys. Also, they operate under the name of Superior Van Lines. These guys are anything but pros. They broke a couple of my things before even loading them into the truck. Then they charged me almost double the original quote. Yes, I had a few extra things but not enough to warrant that. They took advantage of a senior citizen and had me sign papers I wasn't even able to clearly read. Avoid these people like the plague and report them to the FTC and the BBB, like I did.

   Rude personnel -should be a -5 stars

   So I called and got an "estimate" put down a sizable downpayment and they didn't call back for 5 days to finalize. Price went from $6700 to $9k+. After 3 days you can't get a refund so I put the amount in "escrow". I moved myself to a temporary place (cost approx. $2k) I went back to use my escrow and the price is now $10K. So mileage doesn't matter. I would only use these people if I were moving across the entire US (even then I wouldn't use them) I will move myself and hire some locals to help me. I have no idea what I am going to do on the other end of it though. So they get to keep my $2600+.

   Fraudulent company

   I hired this company to move our belongings from Washington State to Vermont. After postponing the move with no explanation, they no showed on the day my house sale closed. I rented trucks and did it myself - with a bad back. I had only hours before the new owners took possession. This company is a scam and a nightmare.

    Moving Pro Us

    Initially they quoted me a good deal $4,400. I had to pay a deposit that day to get the deal I was told. So I paid $1223 to lock in the good price. Then at pick up I pay $1588 & delivery $1588. About a week before moving their QA calls to go over moving list because they said there is always more furniture/stuff and there was more. The lady said I had to pay $1470 extra. Then at p/u guys said it would be $3094 then at deliver $3094. It went from $4400 to $8881. Brayden Lee was the sales rep. At delivery some items damaged, our expensive king mattress was wet, they did not put everything back together, and tried to leave a small table that was not ours. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
