   long distance move from California to Florida

   DO NOT USE!!!! I used a moving company called MOVEUS.PRO LLC or MOVEUS .llc for a long distance move from California to Florida. It was a nightmare!!! First they misrepresented having their own trucks (only had them for local moves. Next , they underestimated size of move and once they picked up the order, they added $3000 to cost plus brought a truck too small for load which forced me to leave behind some of my belongings. The move took almost 3 months to complete and they failed to meet the contractual element of :1 Reassembling furniture at delivery that they disassembled at pickup. 2. They were supposed to pay $30 per day for every day past guaranteed delivery date. They were 36 days late and to date (8 months after delivery), I havent received a penny. 3. They failed to unwrap and place furniture in the proper area of my home. They offered me a bribe of $500 if I took down a negative review I had posted on Angi. Their mailing address in Seattle is bogus and when I tried to serve court papers at the listed address, there was no person at that address. For all these reasons , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

   SCAM! How to get a refund

   Same experience as everyone else. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID! I realized within the time to request a refund. Read the actual contract. Theywill try to transfer you over to some “manager” or “president” who will tell you that they will refund your payment, and then they won’t do it because you didn’t actually read your contract, and write the email to the appropriate email address within the allotted time. READ YOUR MOVING CONTRACT and follow those steps to ensure you get your refund. Also, make sure you put the payment on a credit card so you can file a claim dispute. Good luck!

   My review is pretty much the same as everyone else. This company is a scam. They lie and cheat you out of your money and then break up, damage your goods. All of my furniture was damaged by this company and they refuse to compensate. I’m seeking legal representation and I advise anyone who reads this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you do all I can say is do so at the risk of your belongings.

THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR MORE THAN WHAT YOU ARE MOVING UP FRONT, SAY THEY WILL REFUND ANY OVERCHARGES, AND THEN DON’T REFUND THE OVERCHARGES! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO PAY FOR SCAMMING OTHERS! THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO DO MORE TO STOP THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE WHO DO THIS! IF THESE PEOPLE LOOSE OR DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY, GOOD LUCK WITH FILING A CLAIMS OR CLAIMS AGAINST THEM TOO! THEY HAVE THEIR THIRD PARTY PEOPLE SCAM YOU NEXT! THE SYSTEM IS SET UP TO NOT LET YOU MAKE A CLAIM UNLESS YOU HAVE AN OLD COMPUTER SYSTEM! THAT’S HOW YOU CAN’T GET THEM FOR ANYTHING!    Dishonest Company that Specializes in Vanishing Belongings

   Like so many moving novices, I was lured in by the promises of low-competitive pricing for a cross country move. Our things were picked-up in California on May 26 and we still do not have them in DC almost 2 months later! The cost doubled at p/u but we figured ok we had more items than were anticipated. We could live with the additional costs. What we cannot accept is that our things remain parked somewhere in Las Vegas when we were told at the booking that this move would not take longer than a week as they had already "identified a route to DC" and yet here we are being told that we are "priority and a manifest is being developed". We have been given the same line for 3 weeks. Moving Pro USA has been useless in resolving the issues. We are planning on filing a federal complaint once the 30 business days after first available delivery is reached tomorrow. Mover beware this place is a nightmare and should have their business license revoked.

   If I could rate them less than 1 star I would!

   Do not! I repeat, DO NOT use this company. I cannot stress it enough! I do not believe I ever spoke to anyone that didn’t lie to me or mislead me in some way. Do not go with any company that wants money up front and will not guarantee a set price. Every time I spoke with someone the price increased. It was over 6 weeks, that’s 42 days, from pickup to delivery of our furniture and belongings. The initial pick up date of 09/15/2020 was a day late placing us in a very frustrating situation of possibly not getting out on time. The estimated delivery date was missed by over 30 days which required us to purchase temporary furniture to get by. Once delivery was finally made many items were damaged with boxes that had been handled upside down, torn and wrapped with tape to keep the contents from spilling out. I had to assist the driver in backing his rig into the complex and re-assembly of the furniture. To which some I had to come back to and correct. I have filed a claim for the damages and sure I will not even come close to the recovering the actual value. Do to the limit on size I have had to cut my time line. Pickup date was 09/14/2020 Delivery date was 09/21/2020 08/20/2020 Spoke with Shawn Williams. He said he would be my contact and that he would be with me through the entire process. (THIS WAS THE FIRST LIE) Nikki Price Quality Assurance Manager Spoke with her once and was never able to get her on the line again. (QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER) Right! The pick up date was missed and then late. On 09/24/2020 the pursuit of our belongings began. From this point forward I had 27 emails, 29 text messages, and over 20 phone calls where I either had to leave a message or it went straight to hold. It the cases where I did speak to someone, most of the time the response was a scripted one. 10/30/2020 5:46 pm Driver (Derrick) arrives. 6:20 pm Driver is finally able to start unloading. A lot of items damaged. I have taken pictures to record this and I will place a claim. The driver was going to leave, and I had to stop and instruct him that he had to put the furniture that was disassembled back together. I had to assist them in the assembly because they did not have the knowledge on some of the items. These were quite simple items, like table legs and bed frames. 11:15 pm Delivery complete. 11/03/2020 8:53 am Received email from moving Pro. Email below. (Really? Wow that’s incredible. They were in route last week. I received my belongings 4 days ago. This company is truly un-believable!)    Price escalation and non delivery of goods

   Subject: Moving Problems I am writing to document the problems I had with my recent move from West Henrietta, NY to Jacksonville, NC. Took place on April 17, 2021. The packers did show up on the date but were very late as they had to drive from Philadelphia, PA, which is about 350 miles away. They told me that in a truck it took them over 6 hours to make the trip. They proceeded to pack all the furniture and load it onto the truck. They were a little concerned about a couple items. These being some glass top kitchen table an end table and a coffee table. They were also concerned about a couple mirrors. I told them that I had told the estimator of these items and also sent photographs of everything in the house that was to be moved. They still complained. The packers move very fast and I thought they had finished everything in record time. As they got down to the end of the packing and loading the Supervisor came to me and told me that it was going to cost me more than estimated. I told him that I had already paid more than the original estimate two times. Below is from my records Original Estimate on 3/31/2021 $2203.91 Deposit $1380.00 Updated Estimate on 4/3/2021 $3339.97 Deposit $ 332.57 Updated Estimate on 4/15/2021 $4190.73 Final Charge on 4/17/2021 $5526.25 Total Paid $3619.41 Balance Due $1906.84 Additionally, as the Supervisor was figuring my bill he came up with a charge of $623.00 for special packaging of my glass top tables. He told me that if I would pay hime $500.00 in cash that he would just overlook the cost of this packing. I then went to the bank and mad the withdrawals from an ATM at Wegman’s Supermarket. I since provided Moving Pro US copies of my bank account showing the withdrawal. While I returned from the grocery store to get the cash for the Supervisor, the men and everyone were out in the parking lot ready to get in the truck. I gave the Supervisor the $500.00 he was asking me to give him. At that time he asked me to give the men a tip. I proceeded to give all 4 men $40.00 tip each. The Supervisor gave me the paperwork and told me the home office will contact me with the delivery date for everything in North Caroling. They got in their truck and left. I proceeded to go into the apartment and found that there was still a lot of items that they did not pack and did not put on the truck. I tried to call them but they did not answer their phone. I had planned on returning to North Carolina at this time but since a lot of my items were still in the apartment I had to make other plans. I had to stay overnight. I had to rent a truck and I had to pack and load everything that was left. Below are the items I was not able to get into the truck I rented: 6 Plastic Totes Patio Furniture (I table and 2 chairs - wicker) Gas Grill and Gas Bottle Glass Top Coffee Table with to levels of glass Shower Rods and Shower Curtains 2 Beach Folding Chairs When I returned to work, I notified Moving Pro US. I was told that the balance of my invoice was $1506.84 and they would want $2500.00 more for $3005.84 due to delay in delivery and in that they stored my furniture. I then told them that on May 1, 2021 I had sent they a letter itemizing my cost and I wanted them to pay my extra cost in that they left almost 400 cubic feet of items in my apartment in New York and I had to pay to have them pack, loaded and transported to North Carolina. My cost at itemized below: Truck Rental $876.00 Hotel (1 Night) $128.76 1 Day Lost Work $696.00 6 Plastic Totes $ 51.00 Patio Furniture $189.00 Gas Grill and Cover $349.00 Glass Coffee Table $429.00 360 cu. ft. @ $3.35 $1170.00 Total $3888.76 Balance Owed to Moving Pro US $1906.84 Owed to me by Moving Pro US $1981.92 Listed below are all the other estimates I received for the moving of my furniture: All American Van Lines $5266.67 @ 30% = $3686.00 All Moving U.S.A. $5761.00 @ 30% = $4033.00 Allied Van Lines $4800.00 @ 30% = $3360.00 American Van Lines $5266.67 @ 30% = $3686.00 Mayzlin Relocation $4158.00 @ 30% = $2911.00 Mega Van Lines $5610.00 @ 30% = $3927.00 Moving Central $5761.00 @ 30% = $4037.00 Two Men and a Truck $8600.00 @ 30% = $6020.00 The above estimates do not include insurance or fuel charges. From what you can see, Moving Pro US were lower than most of the nine (9) estimated I obtained, prior to Moving Pro US changing their estimate after I paid to deposits and one escalation. However, after they kept canyon their price they became more expensive than over 90% of the estimates I received.

    Worst experience ever

    I used this company based on they sales pitch by both Drew and Palmer. They assured me that they were carriers and not brokers. But they are just brokers who subcontracted. First thing, no one called me or came to me when they were supposed to check before moving, I had to call. On the day of the move, the movers were from Integrated movers, it was too late to find another mover so i had to go with them. Integrated movers came about 3 hours late My suitcase was destroyed moving from upstairs with the elevator. Before they left, the mover says to me " you have too much stuff.. you can give me money".. no measuring nothing Now, they forget paperwork in my apartment.. and nothing can be done. Too bad I left the site already For weeks, calls to both Moving Pro Us and Integrated were useless. No idea where my stuff is, no idea if it left NYC or is on the way. Moving Pro stops taking me calls. So a few weeks after my stuff is supposed to get here, they finally tell me my stuff is on the way. Giving me a time frame between 8am and 5pm.. I take a day off work, they come with a massive truck into the city and cant park, now they want more money. My table and chairs which they were supposed to disassemble is damaged. My bike is all in pieces. They finally tell me that the truck was down for about 1 week and nothing was moved. Never again
