   DO NOT USE THESE AMATEURS!!! If you want to make sure that your items are moved intact and not destroyed, go elsewhere. I had a 3 bedroom job for this company and spent hundreds of dollars on a moving truck myself days before so all they had to do was move the big items. When they showed up, they brought a small old moving truck with a busted-out front light with tape over it. I thought wow that is pretty unprofessional but what can you do at that point? I wish I would've sent them packing but I proceeded to allow them to move my items.  My move was only about 5 minutes away and it took them almost 10 hours at $2,500. They are incredibly slow which I would have been fine with.....if they hadn't of wrecked so many of my possessions.  During the move, they proceeded to fall on one of my dining room chairs, dent, and scratch the others ones, dent, and scratch 2 chests, dent one of my entertainment centers, destroy both of my son's computer tables and dent two end tables. They also damaged my kitchen table. All of my furniture was purchased at Haverty's so none of it was cheap. They even damaged my dryer and claimed that it was like that before. Except for the fact that they had never been moved and the dent had a puncture that no human could have caused themselves by bumping into it. I wish I could upload the pictures here because NO ONE would ever use this "company" in name only. I will be posting this same review on Google which allows pictures uploaded. Go there if you want to see the extent of the damage.  Included in that price was the "insurance" that I paid for. What a joke. They wanted to settle on $1,000 when they caused at least 4-5K in damage. I have read the other negative reviews and they tell the same story. Anyone that had a positive experience was just lucky. Potential clients beware. It's just not worth it to go in their direction. You have been warned.

   Mr. Guzman, I understand that you are upset about the damages that occurred during the relocation of your move. Unfortunately, when we move items, they can get damaged. We are genuinely sorry that you sustained damage during your move. It was not our intention to cause any harm. Therefore, we have completed the claims form and given you a fair and reasonable settlement offer based on your requested coverages outlined by the moving contract. However, as a woman business owner, I do not appreciate being threatened if I do not meet your claims demand that you will blast bad reviews on all social media platforms as you have done. We have an agreement in place, and I will honor that agreement. Please get in touch with me at your earliest convenience so we can discuss the final resolution.

   They do not even deserve 1 star. Poor customer service, extremely rude and did not provide services and refuse to refund my deposit. I scheduled a move with this company and paid the $100 deposit. The move was supposed to be 3 men, 3 hours and a 26' truck. On the morning of the move, one mover showed up in 12' truck and proceeded to tell me that I would have to pick and choose what to take with me since it was not all going to fit in the truck (which was obvious). I tried contacting Lori (the horribly rude owner) to figure out what was going on and she did not answer, repeatedly. When she finally answered, she was rude, didn't apologize for sending the wrong truck, made up some story about her truck being in the shop - total lie, the movers that showed up told us they were contract workers and this was the truck that she had requested from them. She proposed that they could make 2 trips, our new house was over an hour away, so we would have to make multiple 2 hour round trip drives - wasting our gas and time - this was not an acceptable solution. When asked why she didn't contact us and explain this story about a broke down truck (again, a complete fabrication on her end) she said she felt her time was more useful trying to find us another truck and that she was in the shower. She initially stated that she would give me a refund, since she failed to provide services and now she has backtracked on that and only refunded half of the deposit stating that I cancelled. I did not cancel anything, she failed to deliver services, lied about the whole situation and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Thankfully, I was able to find replacement movers on a Saturday. If you want quality, professional movers I implore you to not do business with Lori Murchinson and Moving Right Along Texas, instead contact the great folks at 3 Men Movers, 3menmovers.com

   Very combative owner and difficult to deal with.

   I hired Moving Right Along for two local moves, one from my old place to my new place and the other from my storage unit to my new place. The first move was ok. However, the second move was fraught with issues. It turned out to become a nightmare and ended up wasting many hours of my time due to the owner's incompetence. The owner (Lori) was combative, rude, unprofessional and downright horrible to work with the second time around. I've already wasted so much time on this, but I wanted to forewarn anyone else thinking of hiring this company for their moving needs. There are plenty of other movers in the Austin area that are much more professional and nowhere near as combative as this company was.
