   Amazing Experience.

   National Moving and Storage is an incredible company with very punctual, careful, reliable, and friendly individuals. They safely carried my beloved items over 200 miles without any damage done! I would definitely recommend that you use them for your move!

   Let me just start by saying, I was REALLY nervous to make this move on my own! I really didn't know how I was going to get it done without help. National Moving & Storage threw all of my concerns, right out the window. They didn't just make sure all of my things made it from Massachusetts to Connecticut safely, they made sure it was stored for me until my space was ready to move in! $2300 was a small price to pay for such an easy/awesome moving experience!

   I'm so thankful for National Moving and Storage. This company took all of the stress out of my cross country move. They were professional and careful with my belongings. They were reasonably priced and provided excellent customer service. They were reliable and friendly upon pickup and delivery. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

   I got paired with National Moving and Storage when I booked a move from Florida to Missouri. I can't speak to the other reviews I've read..because from pick up to delivery, I had nothing but a positive experience with them. The team who picked up my stuff were professional and efficient, and helped me repack some items that they advised may need a little extra care. They were very helpful and I was very pleased with their speed and efficiency. I assumed, because I was going to be part of a larger truck and not a full load, it was going to take a long time between pick up and when the truck could get enough to head north. Three weeks to the day they picked up my stuff, a team showed up with my items and were just as quick and efficient unloading as the other team was loading. I did lose a couple items to the forces of transit, but 1.) when you're moving most of your items 1500 miles, stuff is going to break, and 2.) I blame it more on my packing than their handling. But two small, easily replaced items are a small price to pay for the length of the move and stuff is going to break during a move more often than not, no matter who does it. Otherwise..I got everything delivered to me as expected, and three weeks was far faster than I anticipated. However, I can't find anything at all wrong to say with the service I received from National -- they were professional, efficient, and my moving experience I will happily use to recommend them to anyone needing cross-country services. The price and value I received made me a very happy customer.

   Worst Experience- Professional Scammers

   The company completely scammed me. 3k extra for hidden fees. For being over even though we told the sales rep and multiple other people we had more stuff months before move date. Run 1500 fee just for adding more SQF- not counting 1000- for the sqf 200sq more never once offer in multiple calls to add more continuously told don’t worry we will give you estimate when we arrive. Worst customer service they are all in on the scam Erica the receptionist Who claims to be the top supervisor. Multiple requests to pull the calls as they say we have to charge the fee you didn’t tell us you had more stuff. Wait what 1 month before given deposit to Phillys 7+ phone calls advised her we had more stuff and we’re worried about going over. Only to be told over and over DONT worry we dont have hidden fees we will give you an estimate when we get there!! They lie and lie and run you in circles call the driver for a discount! The driver say I’ll take off 700.00 but you have to take care of me and my guys! They going to take 400.00 call Supervisor Fake Erica tell her the discount i was offered and how unacceptable this process is, didn’t care to bad. Asked multiple times i want my calls pulled because they say everything recorded right!! Erica finally says she will talk to her boss Calls me back hours after movers are done and says she is going to take $750.00 off because her boss understands and says he doesn’t need to pull calls. 1 week later demand payment email. Discount is not applied. Supervisor fake Erica tells me you already got the discount on the contract I said no that was the scam your driver put on there and stole money from your company!! Extremely rude would not connect me to a manager! Hung up one me had to call back 50 times to be belittled before finally agree to have a manager call me back! Manager Mona - also not a manger she’s the dispatcher who needs me to pay my demand to get it dispatched out atleast she let me talk only to then say well the fee is because you didn’t give us enough time or notice of having more stuff. Did you even listen Mona!!! Then I get an email from Mona does it say supervisor NOPE!!! I will make this my mission to take this as far as I can. I have reported the to the FMCSA- do you research go on this website and every tactic this company uses is listed right there Have you been offer a low price only to be hit with large fees! Yup! This company o lt cares about money!!! I’m a disabled veteran, so any military, police, fire. Don’t be trusting and make the mistake I did with this company!! Customer service is horrible it’s a scam from top to bottom. Maybe now I’ll get a call from a real supervisor

   Awful and misleading

   Spoke with sales agent. Told them I needed a guaranteed move on a specific date and I needed a pick up and drop off all on the same day. I made the deposit of $400 deposit. Well, 19 hours before I was supposed to have to movers arrive at my location, they call me to tell me that they are not coming until the following day. I was very specific with what my needs were and they claimed to be able to deliver. Well, not the case. They kept referring to the contract, but I never signed a contract. All I had was a quote showing my deposit and a move date. There was absolutely nothing in this documentation that indicated they could change the date on me the day before. The person who called me was unfriendly and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this company like the plague. They are also not BBB accredited. Bad company. I’m just grateful I got my money back

   We scheduled a move with this company 1.5 months in advance and payed a deposit. The night before pickup they called and canceled on us. No apologies! Absolutely insane! This company caused us a complete nightmare. Stay away at all costs!

   I have never written online reviews on anything, and I feel compelled to here because this company is awful. Do not use them. They broke my $15,000 marble table in two pieces in transit and failed to notify me. The claims department could not care less about their customers. On top of that, two lamp bases just never showed up. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE.

   Stuff left behind.

   After paying double of what was estimated we are still waiting for items left behind from our move from chicago to Florida! When we call to find out when our items will be delivered we are told they don't know. I paid for all of my items to be delivered the same day and you don't know! All of the parts for our bed are not here so we are sleeping in recliners. A expensive table was broken. When calling again today day 8 to inquire the woman wouldn't even give us a chance to speak! She talks over you. I recommended your company to a friend I have since called and told her to cancel. Movers were great but your office clients need to understand I'm the customer and you should treat me like a customer I pay your wages. Debbie Roberts.
