   Good local move

   Moved locally here in FL, from West Palm to Delray Beach. Wasn't a long move, only a few hours but they did a good job since I had many boxes and a couple of TVs. A big thanks to Mike and Alex for assisting.

   Very satisfied with this company! Communication from the corporate office and movers was excellent and professional. They were quick and very careful with our stuff. We moved across country and they were there every step of the way to help us move quickly and comfortably. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family!    Moving is anxiety-producing. Next Stop Relocation mover helped remove worry from our lives. Two weeks ago, the Next Stop Relocation team arrived on our doorstep right on time. The two-man team was perfect for moving everything we owned, and they kept up a relentless pace of work. The guys were great listeners about special instructions and took care of all our precious items. Our move was complicated with two destinations and everything went smoothly. In addition to that, the guys were reassuring to us and our children, complementing our new home and encouraging us that we were going to love it there. That kind of care is rare in any environment, and was a lovely aspect of our move. Thank you for moving me.

   I used next stop this past week and was extremely satisfied with speed they pack my furniture. James and Frank were polite and professional and handled my goods with care. Delivery was timely and the price was fair. I will recommend next stop to friends and family in the future.

   Veterans taking advantage of Veterans - Sick!

   Initial communication was great, with very reasonable price even though required deposit was high. Company explicitly stated that "they were the mover" when asked who would be moving in the shipment. Couple days prior to scheduled move, pictures were sent of items and was informed that the estimate would be higher than initially thought (went from 500 cf to 700cf) and required more deposit. Trusted their process and paid extra deposit. Morning of shipment, a couple guys showed up that did not appear to be the company I spoke with and then tried to get me to double the expected payment saying the shipment was actually 1100cf. When I tried to call the company, left multiple messages via multiple phone numbers without anyone calling me back. When I finally got through to someone, I didn't even know it was the company since they did not introduce themselves that way. Explained the situation and was told I would get a call back after they spoke with the team on site. Finally received a call back after they spoke with the on-site team and just told me that with the "added items" it would cost more. I did not add anything to the shipment that was not included in the pictures I sent the couple days prior. At no point did the company offer an in-person estimate. I also asked at that time for the owner of the company to call me (since they advertise they are family owned and veteran owned and that I am a veteran). At this point I still have not received a call back from any of the VMs I left, or the specific request for the owner to please give me a call. I also have not received any replies to any of the emails I sent. For a family owned and veteran owned business, that advertises they support military moves, they seem to be ok lying to, and screwing over a disabled veteran. Cost went from $3400 to almost $8000

   Horrible Experience

   I do not recommend NSR. I was quoted an estimate of $2300, when everything was completed the total was $4800. Nothing was wrapped as promised, just thrown in a truck. I have so much damaged furniture. No one will answer the phone or return a call. This company is not a veteran owned, family run business. This is a scam!!

   I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Next Stop Relocation. I went with them because they claimed be Veteran owed , but then turned around to scam a a Veteran , from the beginning, communication was poor and misleading. I was originally quoted $2,300 to move the contents of a 10x25 storage unit and provided a full, accurate inventory ahead of time. However, when the movers arrived, I was told the quote only covered a couch, a dresser, and a mattress — which made no sense based on what I had already shared. My belongings were then transferred between third-party moving companies twice without clear communication, creating confusion and a complete lack of accountability. Paying with PayPal, and Zelle to 3 different moving companies. I have proof. When I tried to resolve the situation, customer service was incredibly unprofessional. Representatives were rude, dismissive, and even disconnected calls instead of helping. Every attempt to reach a supervisor or manager led nowhere. To make matters worse, I was told I would need to pay an additional $1,300 just to move the rest of my belongings — after already being quoted for the full job. We decline, turned around and had to rent a Uhual to get the rest of our items out of our storage unit in a completely different state to where we currently live 18 hrs away! Due to this experience, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This experience was disorganized, misleading, and stressful from start to finish. Poor communication, hidden costs, and unprofessional behavior make this a company I would strongly advise others to avoid.

   Stole, broke, damaged, and lost my stuff

   These Jokers did a terrible job moving me from California to Arkansas and then after unloading my stuff they won't respond to damage lost stolen claim after charging me $22,000 don't be a statistic learn from my mistake this company took advantage of me a veteran living on Social Security depleted my savings they claim they have insurance but don't and don't respond when you try to reach them to pay for the damage they did. Worst decision of my life.
