   I’ll start by saying this company should be shut down! If we can call them company. They are super unprofessional and not helpful. The drivers charge at the pick up and take advantage of a senior person.

   RUN! The most dishonest company in the world. Thankfully my husband is a lawyer and my brother chief of police. They are not movers. They will promise you one thing and lie about it all. They will SCAM you. RUN FAR AWAY.

   DO NOT BOOK AT ALL. ONLY BOOK AT YOUR OWN COST. II booked my moving through North America Moving experts (which in itself was a horrible experience) and they hired another company that outsourced to them without letting us know. So if you read these reviews and decide to go to another company, I recommend asking WHO will handle your stuff and if they outsource their work. I had requested moving from California to Seattle for 1 bedroom, first they come and ask for extra money and keep changing the quote every time. They will never do a house tour, one representative, Christina contacted me first asked me for the list of items which I provided them. Then on the day of move, they survey and tell me you're exceeding the sq ft storage capacity and charged an extra 500$. Okay fine, on with it, they say that your delivery will be done in 5-6 business days and I accordingly booked my travel, but then no calls, no one answering any call. The delivery came after 25 days!!!!!! I didn't have a home or any bed so I had to take favours from my friends until the delivery arrived, and then they come here and ask for another 500$, just for assembling back my items (which btw was already included in the initial cost). In summary don't use North American Moving Experts or the Hermes Moving company at all.

   This company is a scam!!

   This company is THE WORST!! They are a broker but they don’t tell you that. They quoted me a price of $5,000.00 but by the time they put all my belongings on the truck they said I owed 10,000.00… Chris Davis was really sweet in the beginning when they wanted me to sign the contract but after that you could never get him. They picked up my things 2 days late and delivered my things a week late. They told me that the contract said they have 30 days to deliver my furniture!! The company that they brokered to is call 365 Movers. The manager (Jimmy) was scratching his privates the entire time he was at my house and went into the bathroom to use the toilet for 15 minutes and then washed up. They broke up a lot of my furniture. They gave me a fake certificate of insurance. The Insurance company said they don’t know who they are. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! REMEMBER I WARNED YOU!!!

   I don't know how they are getting away with this

   I'll start off by saying my driver started going to random people in my neighborhood asking to use their trucks to help move my items. That's after they charged me an add of 1100. And before I was forced to sign a contract he told me I wouldn't be getting a copy of. The customer service agents are even worse than the driver. They are ignorant and all they do is yell. They do not help. A contract with this company is a death sentence on your peace of mind and bank acct.

   If i could do no stars i would. Where do i even begin.

   DO NOT MOVE WITH THESE PEOPLE. Spoke with a Philip and he was great sold me on getting my stuff moved.There was a charge of $652.00 three times for delivery. Deposit, pickup, and drop off. About 3 days prior to pickup NAM LLC. Contacts me and says that my mom added more stuff so it’ll now be 855.39 at pick up and another 855.39 at drop off with another $325. Extra for deposit. Moving day comes and i had no idea a third party was involved with this move apparently that’s what they do. They charged me an extra 800.00 for this move. I called CS and the lady was rude and told me too bad i have to deal with it. I tried to call Philip who ensured me that this wasn’t a scam and he ghosted me. Ghosted my parents as well as they also used this service to move them. I finally got a hold of Philip and tried to explain to him what was happening and that why did I sign a contract with them at a certain price when that price doesn’t even exist with the actual moving company. He straight up called me a liar. I have so many emails in and not a single answer to any of them. There’s an email into the owner of this company and he never answered either. Just goes to show they don’t care about your stuff only the money they are literally stealing from you. I took spring break off to get my stuff and had only one day with plans as they were to come on that Thursday. Jimmy from 365 moving called me andSaidthat Wednesday night they would be there Thursday. Thursday came and went. I get a call the one and only day i had plans staying i had 1/2 hour to get to my house and i told them i had plans and they knew this was the only day I’m not available. Jimmy was rude and hung up on me. Fast forward two weeks later i finally got my stuff. The movers were very nice and hard working. I have no complaints except they need to find a better place to work at or start their own company. I’m seeing a regular pattern of $800.00 extra having to be paid to the trucking company. Just thinking it’s scammy. I was told my cost wouldn’t go up but it did an extra $800.00. I told NAM LLC. I didn’t have that kind of money and she told me to take it up with the moving company. You are the moving company i told her and she hung up on me. Philip told me he doesn’t work for scammy companies well sir yes you do and the fact you don’t contact anyone back is just wrong. 365 trucking and moving moved my stuff with other peoples stuff and i had no idea. Whose to say the other people didn’t have bed bugs or roaches and now i possibly do. Thanks. Just the worst experience ever and please read all the reviews to this company because they all are very similar. This is their practice on conducting business. You’re treated really good till that third party comes in and then you are beneath them and they won’t answer your calls or emails. The movers actually had to come back after being on the road 40 minutes as he delivered someone else’s stuff to me. Wonder what of mine got delivered to someone else. How many times that has happened. Just STAY AWAY. They came in a Uhaul truck that i could have rented and quoted only c $900.00 for the whole move with 4 days of rental and whatever extra for gas. Way cheaper and way less of a headache. STAY AWAY if you don’t want to be scammed.

   Do not hire this company

   We had a nightmare experience with them. This WILL HAPPEN TO YOU too if you hire them. You talk to a friendly lady that is part of the scam to draw you in. She'll quote you a low price and say it'll get to your destination in 3-5 days. The movers will show up from another company, barely speak English (middle eastern) and tell you you need to buy more space. The price will triple and your stuff will be taken to New Jersey a wait until they have enough going to your area. It'll take a month at least and your boxes marked fragile will be crushed and your furniture will be damaged. This is not a prediction, it's a SPOILER!!

   THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! They will tell you what you want to hear, just to get your money. I spoke with someone in "sales" who told me I would have my own truck, the cost would be exactly what was agreed upon and my rep would be there for me the whole way. Yeah right! until some 3rd party carrier shows up, looking like thugs, DEMANDING $2,400 extra BEFORE they even loaded the truck. The only reason I allowed this move to continue is because at that point I had no choice. SHAME ON YOU ALL! YOU ARE THIEVES AND LIARS! Karma is real. DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE FOR THESE CLOWNS!

   Awful Don't Hire These Thieves

   This company is a total rip off, my Mom was given a quote, Then they hired Loadrans LLC to actual do the move. Mover showed up and demanded an additional $5,000.00. We tried to call North American Moving Experts and just got the run around, and told to call Loadrans. Furniture and boxed were delivered damaged, and they lost stuff. Dishonest is an understatement, they are thieves!!!!

    Absolutely unprofessional and feeling cheated !!

    I answered the call from Lucas at North American Moving and was asked for the items to be given an estimate. Then we listed out the items. The company went through great lengths to get the items correct so that the estimate was accurate. In the quote, they showed smaller cubic feet to lower the rate and get me signed the contract. Once the contract was signed with one agent and the initial payment ($652) was paid, another agent called me just two days before the move-out date and let me know that the cubic feet mentioned in my quote to accommodate all my items is smaller and I will require twice as much space and this will cost me higher payment. I told them that I am not interested to move my items with this company as the asking money is much higher than the original quote and the agent told me that they will not refund the advanced booking fee as I already signed the quote. These people are absolutely unprofessional and try to cheat customer at any means to get more money. The movers they used were Southern elite van lines. They were late (got there at 7pm instead of the window of 1-5pm) and they did not communicate with me. A huge truck pulls up in the evening and We did not realize our items would be loaded and carried with other individuals items. They push us to remove some items and they gave us the cost, about $1000 more than estimated and they would only take cash or zelle. We had no choice but to use them as the contract was previously signed and we had to be out of the house that night. By this point it was 9:30pm. That's how long it took to load our tiny 2BR furniture with 5 guys. They did not take care in loading and asked us to remove some of the items even though we paid twice as much the original quote. On the delivery date, we found that a lot of furnitures are broken. Also, the truck driver was not professional enough. He was advising us that we should make the packet smaller so that they can easily carry with one hand. But the real reason is if you make many packets, they can charge you much. If you are moving with this company, make sure that they give you a quote with accurate space in cubic foot. Otherwise, one agent will try to sign you the contract and get paid one-third of the money. Once paid, another agent will show up and ask you to pay additional money to fit all items in the contract. If you do not agree, they will make drama on the move-out date and make you pay the amount they are asking for. Be very careful from this company!!
