   Devonte and Ray came on time to move furniture for us from one location to our home. They were very careful and courteous and got the job efficiently. We really appreciated them and highly recommend their service.

   Best moving company! Worked with owner Mike O’Sullivan for move estimate and was accurate. Movers were friendly and funny! They made a stressful day moving elderly parents so much easier! Movers on time and quick! Not a scratch on anything! Newly installed floors were covered and clean upon completion. Thank you to all who made this move as stress free as possible! Highly recommend O’Sullivan Moving and Storage and will never use anyone else!

   We used O'Sullivan to move within the Detroit metro area last August. They were reasonable, efficient, punctual and careful. Our crew was excellent. Nothing was damaged and everything ended up just where it was supposed to be. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them!

   We love OSullivan.

   My mother just downsized and OSullinan moving and Storage Co moved stuff in 3 directions in 3 separate moves. The only casualty was a lost caster, but overall they were pleasant, friendly, extremely accommodating and helpful. They did an especially good job in packing the storage units. They taught us how to pack as we worked side by side. They were happy to use our boxes any other equipment to help us reduce costs.

   Christine does not value new customer and very unprofessional! The actual movers where good & I gave them a tip. I have my furniture in storage with this company March 27, 2023 and have not received a bill of my monthly cost and information on where to pay. I have been calling this Christine since March 27th and still she has not returned my call or send email with payment information. I have spent over $ 800 with this company between my fiancé & I. I’m planning to go & pick up my furniture & find another storage facility. All other interactions with staff have been professional & appreciated. This Christine is awful & should not have the position as Manager but it’s obviously been handed down from the hard work of her father. Christine is not professional & truly upset me.    Great movers, no so great management.

   Great staff. Not great management practices. The movers that came to help out were great, and I enjoyed their company. I would definitely love to work with those individuals again. The management team on the other hand is who I would be weary of. If you're thinking about using them, read the fine print, twice. We requested that they help us with both packing and moving, and they showed up only to move. Since they were unable to go back to get packing materials on the same day, we had to make provisions with my landlord to move a day late. Thankfully, the landlord was okay with it because the next tenant wasn't moving in till later in the week. While they agreed to come back and reschedule, no mention was made of charging us for the first day, a minimum #hours that they would add on the following day. Not like I had much of choice being in a pinch and needing to make a decision quickly. My fault for not scrutinizing the contract. Realizing that the staff were only the messengers, we paid and tipped them the full amount and called their office the next day. Our intent was to get a refund for the first day's charge since it wasn't our fault that they weren't prepared for our request. The movers also went along to work on other jobs that day, so it didn't seem equitable that we pay. When we called the office, the lady who answered the phone was rude, condescending, and refused to let us speak to Mike, with whom we made arrangements. It was a horrifying customer service experience that I wouldn't wish upon anybody. If you're considering using this service, I would double check details in the contract (twice) and your needs before you make your decision. Avoid the scenario of having to make difficult decisions on the day of your move. Avoid having to speak with their customer service afterward.

   TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE MOVING SERVIE

   I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with this moving company was bad enough that I feel obligated to share it. As a military family, we've worked with many moving companies over the years, and this was one of the worst experiences we've had. The packing was disorganized, items were packed carelessly, and several belongings were damaged during the move. Most upsetting was that the movers broke my baby's dresser, which doubles as her changing table, leaving us without one. We also discovered broken artwork that had not been properly wrapped or protected. The damage wasn't limited to our belongings. We moved into a brand-new home, and the movers left dents, drywall damage, scuffs, and markings on walls, stairways, and door frames. They also left cigarette butts, pop bottles, and other trash on the property. After the move, I contacted the company, provided photos, and completed the claim form they sent me. Since then, I have been completely ghosted. Despite the damage, no one has taken accountability, offered a resolution, or even apologized. Mistakes happen. What separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle those mistakes. Unfortunately, the lack of communication afterward has been just as disappointing as the move itself. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

   My mother hired them for her move, and the movers destroyed her $6,000 glass table. Her dining set is now a hazard because it is broken at the base. The company was not even apologetic and actually very hostile. Since then, the company has refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation for the damage. On top of that, Christine O’Sullivan was extremely rude, unprofessional, and would not return any calls when I tried to resolve the issue. She only sends nasty emails. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would strongly caution others against using this terrible company. Do not get fooled by this company like I did! Look at the before and after of my mother’s table.

    I hired this company to load a truck for me for a move out of state since they do not handle out of state moves. My items arrived completely damaged. None of my furniture was wrapped, both of my flat screen televisions were broken, my $800 air purifier was completely scratched up. and furniture pieces are missing. Once I reached out to get a claim started, I was informed by Christine, " We do not take responsibility for a load if we do not facilitate the entire move. We have no idea how the load was handled or unloaded which is where the damage most likely would’ve taken place. When you hire another company to load a truck that someone else will be transporting, they cannot use their own materials and resources to secure the load as good as they would if doing the entire job. We are only able to use what is provided to us by the customer to wrap and secure the load." I purchased furniture passing (an additional $90) outside of the ridiculous $1300 charge to move items from my house to another truck, and all the wrap was not even utilized. As professional, these movers knew I was moving out of state and decided to just put my stuff on the truck any kind of way with no protection. I will be reaching out to my bank to have this charge reversed to begin to replace my damaged items since this company won't even initiate my claim.
