   Removals

   This company is superb. I have used them three times now. I recently moved on a day where it was heavily snowing. The team turned up and were consistently positive and went above and beyond throughout the entire day. I turned up at new house and there were fitted wardrobes left that i’d asked to be removed. On The Dot removal people removed the fixtures all for me -with no fuss. Each time I’ve moved they have been courteous, professional, kind and supportive. Highly recommend

   Great value packing and removals, exceptional staff and service

   We’ve had 2 moves with Bristol Van Removals recently (including the packing service the first time) and they’ve been amazing from start to finish. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, the guys moving were careful and efficient, and it was great value, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

   Faultless!

   A fantastic moving experience. After another moving company cancelled on us at the last minute, we re-booked for a slightly later date with Bristol Van Removals. I have nothing but positive words, and this was by far the most pleasant, calm and stress-free move I have ever had. The difference between this company and others we had dealt with previously were clear. Bristol Van Removals were professional and organised from the very beginning - responsive emails, transparent quoting systems, and friendly throughout. Move day went without a hitch. Both properties had 'quirks' to them making access trickier than normal, but what stood out was: (1) the team had done research in advance, and knew the idiosyncrasies of the streets, for experience and maps, (2) They did not once mention any trickiness of the streets, or concerns about not getting access (which has happened with various movers in the past, and can be a stressor on the day!) (3) They had amazing skill at parking up and loading in. A neighbour commented that they had never seen a more effective van parking job on our small street! The movers - Max, Jamie and Jarek - couldn't have been nicer. They confirmed everything that needed to be done, and got to work. They were polite, professional and friendly... and amazingly fast. They were conscious of other people on the street (making sure that they were parked to allow access for others) and were thoroughly lovely people. They clearly enjoy what they do and have exceptional customer service skills. 5* all around. Thank you for saving us, but even more so for making moving day - for once - a calm experience!

   Excellent service

   These people are excellent. Thoughtful, no hidden charges and very flexible. On the day, the three guys couldn't have been more upbeat, helpful and most importantly, skilful.

   Excellent

   They were on time, super quick and efficient, and also really polite and professional. I was surprised at how quickly everything was handled. All of our belongings were transported in a safe way, and not a single item was damaged. Would definitely use them again.

   Moving my stuff to my new house

   The proprietor at the office was efficient and helpful in organising a quote. OnMoving day the team of three led by Jamil was punctual, thoughtful, experienced and strong. They worked hard and fast, while being cheerful and polite.Their vans were expertly driven and considerately parked in a congested street. The job was completed sooner than I expected, although only taking the time they estimated beforehand. Very good job.

   Fantastic company

   On the dot made our move completely painless! They have been so easy to deal with from the initial enquiry up to the day itself - communication was prompt, professional and friendly. On the day they were on time, hard working and friendly. They treated our items with care, and nothing was damaged in the move. The team were so friendly and professional it really took the stress out of the day. Would definitely use again if needed

   Moving into storage

   The guys were great (so friendly, easygoing and efficient) and I was very appreciative of their support and good humour when everything went AWOL at the end - nothing to do with me or them. So relieved Jamel was able to go back and get everything into the unit the next morning. When I checked, it had been arranged beautifully. Great eco credentials and communication too. Would definitely recommend.
