   Very unreliable

   Contacted them on a Saturday and was told my camper would arrive by the following Friday. Right from the get go, the amount agreed was changed from $2200 to $3000 then they could not find a driver. After 1.5 week, they found a driver who lied for 3 days just to show up at the campground with a dooley and a wheel missing. This driver was fired right on the spot. Took another week to find a new driver which was never completely authorized to cross into Canada so my camper had to be left at a storage that I must pay. One headache after another, I had to hire a new driver to bring it home since One Call Logistics couldn't. They never agreed to refund even a portion of the deposit for all the work that I had to do myself and extra cost to me.

   Damaged trailer in the move

   We hired One Call and they used GMZ Transportation in NJ to move our trailer from Idaho to CA. The trailer was hit on the way and both One Call and GMZ refused to pay for the ($10,000) damage done to our trailer. Stay away from both of these companies. They are both horrible companies to deal with.

   DO NOT HIRE ONE CALL LOGISTICS!

   Do not hire One Call Logistics! One Call Logistics was hired to deliver our tiny house in state. This company repeatedly did not communicate with their drivers creating a long delay in delivery and several delivery cancellations. They repeatedly arrived for the job unprepared and without permits. They even said they did not need permits when in fact they did need a permit, since the tiny house was considered a wide load. This company also consistently would not take accountability for their actions and kept blaming us the customer, even though we provided every possible detail about the job and tried our best to ensure everything went smoothly. Their communication is terrible and they say they document everything but failed to prepare their drivers with things we had put in writing and expressed verbally, they say they also record calls. In the end, we were charged extra money after several failed delivery attempts that were their fault. The company has been incredibly rude and constantly put the blame on us. They have not taken accountability for their lack of communication and we were charged $900 extra for a job they could not complete without us hiring a local farmer to help complete it. They will not provide a refund and have lied about their responsibilities. They did not stay true to their contract or their promises. Terrible company with even worse terrible customer support.

   DO NOT USE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

   DO NOT USE unless prepared to get the run around if/when there are damages from transport. For a company that prides themselves on covering their customers with insurance, they’ll do everything they can to not provide you with said insurance, because come to find out, the insurance they provide isn’t provided by them. Insurance is provided by whomever your driver was and the driver definitely won’t provide you with the insurance information when you need it. Who your driver is determines everything, and unfortunately the company will side with their drivers not their customers even when their driver is negligent and at fault for damages. Taylor and Jimmy communicate amazingly until there are issues, which inevitability can and do happen with large transports. Then, they will dodge emails/phone calls and conveniently come up with excuses, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Pick through the reviews to read the other 1 star horror stories. Don’t be fooled, and take your business else where. Save yourself the wasted time, money, stress, and heartache. Lucky for me my Father is an attorney and we are more than prepared to sue all individuals involved if necessary.

   Warning for other unaware customers. Company is not reliable and do not fulfill their contractual obligations. They damaged my tiny home and left it in the middle of nowhere after I paid them upfront.

   Two weeks later and i’m still hungover from my experience

   RUN from this company. Above all, Taylor is a crook. Not only was I dispatched a 13k lb capacity truck for a clearly stated (multiple times) 14k lb. trailer, but my driver and i’s calls were both ignored at the time we discovered this issue and forced to deal with it on our own. I was quoted $1100 for the 200 mile move and ended up paying an unexpected $800 for two spare tires the day before the move (a piece of legal information that should have been communicated at the time I was quoted) Next, my driver had to Personally purchase oversized load signs and blinkers and had to hire a pilot car on spot because this information was not communicated to him. I called Taylor and told her she owes my driver the $225 (a very low price for a surprise pilot car) and in a five minute conversation she said “if I’m being honest” at least seven times. Honest people don’t constantly state that they’re being honest. She told me she’d get Matt his money. A week later she hasn’t gotten him his money, hasn’t returned my text asking if he had been payed, and also deleted a comment I had posted on their Instagram requesting that they remove the photo of my house with some dumb caption about “another successful transport” because I didn’t feel comfortable with them using me to advertise their unsuccessful “successes”. All they had to do was delete a photo but they deleted my request instead. I paid almost twice what I was quoted and then lied to about something being done about it and then ignored. Not only is it unprofessional, but it’s really, really shady. Taylor is a shady person.
