I would give One Call Logistics zero stars if I could. We first contacted them on June 26, 2026 to arrange delivery of our RV for July 7, 2026. From the very beginning, communication was terrible. We repeatedly had to reach out ourselves just to get updates because no one kept us informed about what was happening. Supposed to be picked up at 8:30 and at 4:30 it was still at the dealer. No one called to let us know about this delay. The scheduled delivery date came and went, and our RV was not delivered as promised. Instead of taking responsibility for their failure to meet the agreed schedule, they offered no meaningful explanation and made no effort to make things right. Placed all the blame on the “contracted driver.” To make matters worse, they refused to offer any discount or compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, loss of pay, cost of another night in an hotel and frustration their poor service caused. When you're transporting an expensive RV, you expect professionalism, communication, and reliability. Unfortunately, One Call Logistics delivered none of those. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them to anyone looking for dependable RV transport.

This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They said they were associated with another company we signed a contract with so we paid them a five hundred dollar deposit then the day before they were supposed to pick up our fifth wheel camper they called and said they needed another two hundred dollars in gas since gas prices have gone up. Then they said with the five hundred deposit we still owed them another eleven hundred dollars on delivery. When we tried to get to the bottom of it with a now extremely upset husband they said they were not going to deal with us anymore because they didn't like our attitude. When we demanded a refund they said two weeks. Then we kept bugging them all day saying we needed a confirmation of a refund otherwise we would be contacting a lawyer he said my husband was threatening them and they were going to block our numbers. Two minutes later we get an email confirmation of refund. How hard was that still waiting to see if the money is refunded and now we are in a jam trying to find someone to move our camper that has to be moved by tomorrow. Find another company they are horrible to deal with rude disrespectful and who calls the day before a pick up asking for gas money.

Contacted them on a Saturday and was told my camper would arrive by the following Friday. Right from the get go, the amount agreed was changed from $2200 to $3000 then they could not find a driver. After 1.5 week, they found a driver who lied for 3 days just to show up at the campground with a dooley and a wheel missing. This driver was fired right on the spot. Took another week to find a new driver which was never completely authorized to cross into Canada so my camper had to be left at a storage that I must pay. One headache after another, I had to hire a new driver to bring it home since One Call Logistics couldn't. They never agreed to refund even a portion of the deposit for all the work that I had to do myself and extra cost to me.

We hired One Call and they used GMZ Transportation in NJ to move our trailer from Idaho to CA. The trailer was hit on the way and both One Call and GMZ refused to pay for the ($10,000) damage done to our trailer. Stay away from both of these companies. They are both horrible companies to deal with.

I had my camper moved from the midwest to florida. Evan was great to work with and the driver Jordan was fantastic working with as well. I would recommend this company for any kind of vehicle move. Evan and Jordan kept me updated through the process and were a pleasure to deal with.
