   Professional and friendly

   From first contact to the last box being placed carefully in my new home, One Removals were friendly and very efficient. Lynne, in the office, was so kind but professional. Scott packed my whole house in no time and he and Joe had everything stacked for me to sort out at my leisure. They are even going to pick up the packing boxes! Proper service at very competitive prices. Amazing ! Thank you all.

   Just wanted to thank all the guys at One removal for there helpful and professional service they provided. What has been a stressful and tiring experience in the past was much easier and hassle free this time. Considering I was not completely ready for the move., your guys were patient and considerate and as said hassle free. All my items arrived safe and reassembled and my large collection of plants arrived in one piece !!! Have already recommended you to friends but just wanted to say thanks again.

   Luciano and Jake were so helpful and friendly and we couldn't have asked for better movers. Our move was across 2 days and the guys even fixed our bed which had been broken months before moving! Thank you again One Removal - you guys rock!

   Fantastic service - Home move to Frankfurt.

   Fantastic service! I was really impressed with the professionalism and expertise this company demonstrated. I booked their services to move my 3 bedroom house from Wimbledon, London to Frankfurt, Germany and they did not disappoint! They went above and beyond keeping me updated the whole way through and all my belonging arrived in immaculate condition, which was especially important as most of my furniture are antiques. Thank you very much. I would recommend to anyone who needs to move.

   Stressful experience, service not as promised

   We used this company to pack and move our belongings. They used my 4m old baby's clothing as packaging material. They didn't leave boxes in the correct rooms, most were left, poorly stacked, in our garage. They didn't lock our home up when they left. 2/5 beds were disassembled but not reassembled. The damages sustained (notwithstanding the stress) do not look to be covered by their insurance.
