   Moved from Canada to Switzerland.

   Very happy with the service from Orbit. It was reassuring to feel that my things were in good hands and to have had the help and support through all of the paperwork with moving overseas. I appreciated having an assigned coordinator/agent to communicate with throughout the moving process; he was very professional, clear, and easy to communicate with. It was reassuring to feel taken care of even with a relatively small shipment.

   Very happy with the service Orbit gave, from when our goods were on route, at the docks through to delivery on the day. They always kept us up to date and our furniture arrived all in one piece. We even shipped our wedding cake topper which was secured in the shipping box, but not in the display box(our decision) and that arrived with only the smallest damage to the brides sugar icing bouquet. I have to be impressed with that. The 2 delivery guys we very efficient, courteous, and helpful. Happy to recommend.

   We moved from Spain to Canada and not an item was broken or missing from our container. The staff were knowledgable and helpful, and always kept our expectations in check. The teams are skilled and thoughtful moving your precious possessions. Highly recommended.

   Great Moving Company.

   I did two international moves with this company from Israel to Canada and back again. I found them and their sub-contractor on the other side (Sonigo), efficient, professional, organized, and on time. They are immediate in responding to my requests and were willing to be flexible with some very complicated moves. I highly recommend this company.

   My International mover to Canada.

   I Uses Orbit International Moving to ship some personal items from Israel to Toronto The communication was great, Adi provided a quote and everything arrived on time and it actually cost me a little less at the end as the shipment ended up being a little smaller. The packing in Israel was great. they wrapped the furniture in a way I have never seen before. They were so careful and used all these materials that protect really well. The delivery crew in Toronto were polite and professional. Not a single item was broken! I would recommend Adi and his team at Orbit with no hesitation! Well done.

   The people you partner with in Denmark is a NIGHTMARE

   The Toronto end of the move was pretty good. The men who actually picked up my stuff and put it on the truck were really great. The info for international moves to EU was totally inaccurate and the company was not at all abreast on how to inform me on what was needed on the other end. But that wasn't so bad. Besides being almost a month late, the people they use in Denmark were unprofessional, abusive, and half wits who kept trying to manipulate and intimidate me to pay them additional fees. Only when I mentioned a lawsuit and getting the authorities involved did my shit actually get delivered. So if you plan on moving to Denmark don't use Orbit.

   Poor training and lack of respect for belongings.

   The lady I dealt with in Canada, Susan Anderson, was wonderful- she was very helpful, efficient, organised and professional. The men who came to pack also seemed professional.The UK end was a bit disorganised. Susan had already made sure all the documents I needed had been prepared but the UK end started asking for all that paperwork again and it was only with Susan's help that this was resolved. The real disappointment and shock started with the unpacking. They didn’t even put corner protection on the paintings, so the wooden gold frame of one of the paintings crumbled off, on the vulnerable corner where no extra protection had been given. I was told the company ships paintings for auctioneers- well, I just cannot believe that. On a wooden desk, just a thin layer of bubble wrap, no extra cardboard or something on top so it didn't get scratched. I opened the wrapping to find that one side of the legs had become completely separated. They had removed the drawer knobs and screws but they were just lying around loosely in the packing, unbelievable. No care at all to keep them safe so one of the drawer knobs just disappeared, no where to be found in the packaging- how is that even possible? This desk was of great sentimental value to me. In another box, it was just shocking- the packer had just dumped everything into a box- a bag of heavy cutlery along with old files with handwritten letters- it was obvious to the eye that they were very old and should have been laid flat somewhere and protected. If that box had been turned upside down or on its side, the files would have been crushed by everything else ( including a bag of heavy cutlery). I feel like these guys were a bunch of bulls let loose in a china shop. Just no common sense, respect or care for other people’s belongings. I am not at all impressed by the standards of packing and cannot recommend this company. These guys need way better training. I deliberately withheld my tip for them because I wanted to see how they packed things first. Needless to say there will be none forthcoming.

   Very poor experience (international moving from Canada to France)

   Horrible experience (international moving from Canada to France) !!! I had a deeply disappointing experience with Orbit for my international move from Canada to France. While the initial process seemed smooth, the additional charges and lack of transparency left much to be desired. - Unjustified Additional Fees: Despite no prior warning or contractual basis, I was charged extra for logistical issues that were entirely out of my control, such as temporary container movements. These were presented as "unavoidable," yet no proactive communication or alternatives were offered. - Refusal to Refund Unused Services: I was billed $285 for a parking permit at the delivery destination that was not required or used. When I requested a refund, the company instead claimed the amount was redirected to "warehouse handling fees"—an explanation that does not hold up, given the expedited delivery (0.5 day instead of 2 days). - Lack of Accountability: My repeated attempts to seek clarity and fair treatment were met with vague justifications and deflections. It seems the company prefers to profit from unclear charges rather than foster trust and transparency with its clients. Moving internationally is already stressful, and Orbit's handling of this situation added unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism and accountability in their relocation process.

   Awful moving company

   Orbit International Moving logistics was an absolute nightmare to work with. 1.they will overestimate the moving load so you pay more.The claim this will be adjusted on moving day but it wasn't. 2. the staff is rude. 3. My property was severely damaged in the move. 4. Orbit pushed me to buy a lot of insurance, however, the insurance company they partner with W. K. Webster Overseas Ltd. does not pay out claims (it's been 5 months since I submitted mine and they just ignore my emails and calls). 5. the moving company they partner with on the Singapore end (smart Relocators) was also terrible and refused to unpack and assemble my shipment upon delivery. It's been 5 months since I moved to Singapore and this is a never-ending nightmare as I as I'm still battling with Orbit over my insurance claim

    Poor and Dishonest Service for Expensive Price!!

    In a nutshell, Stay away from this company as they don't deliver what they promise and they charge way higher than other companies in the market who are at least cheaper and do much better service than Orbit (in Canada) and Berger Transfer Tampa (their tie-up company in Tampa, US) I had to move from Ontario, Canada to Tampa Florida and I decided to go with Orbit. They charge everything upfront before they deliver and after that their crew (I don't blame the crew as they were nice/polite though as they were told to do so by the incompetent Sales and Management Team - Jared Sarfin from Orbit/Linda from Berger) just leave abruptly without assembling the big/heavier items that they packed it and then they throw you that your contract doesn't have that crap. I have paid 10k and in return, I receive broken items, missing items, and unprofessional service with total dishonest justification upon asking why the crew left without even taking my sign. Unfortunately, I have decided to go with Orbit International Moving Logistics LTD company when I was getting much cheaper quotes from others. Please do yourself a favor and look for some other company and don't go with their Sales pitch during initial conversations that you will have. I hope at least I get the insurance claim that I am going to file for.
