   Long-distance move - Highly recommend!

   From the moment I contacted them for our long-distance move, I knew we were in good hands. The entire process was smooth and positive. We ended up having way more items than expected and had to request partial packing help at the last minute. We were truly grateful! The actual moving team was excellent, absolutely amazing. They handled everything professionally, with care, and were flexible throughout. They paid special attention to our more delicate items, which we really appreciated. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I give Pegasus Van Lines the highest marks possible!

   Absolutely Terrible

   100% do not recommend. Do not hire! They have terrible customer service, do not advise on delays. Such as my load being delayed 3 weeks in Winnipeg. No call to advise. Now 2 weeks after that have been invoiced and expectation set that it would arrive late last week or saturday. Now a tuesday and they can not provide answers. At this point it's clear my load must be lost, damaged, stolen.

   DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS. They lie, they Cheat, they damage your freight, lose it, and curse at you if you ask questions. Would rather pay more for literally anyone. They stole my freight and told me to go f*** myself.

   Terrible, go with someone else

   Don't hire with this company. Owner Nick will give you a time frame of delivery, it was double with no explanation. He even requested me to give positive feedback to other potential customers. They take your money quickly n will not answer calls to see why our belongings are not at the destination. It's on it way yet Air tag states no movement for over 2 weeks. Items were damage, lost n extra fee to bring in apartment $300 with 42 ft extra distance. Do not hire this company, not even a one star

   One star was as low as I could go - Do not recommend

   It has been eight weeks since our thousand pounds of belongings was picked up from Victoria for a move to Ottawa our pick up date was rescheduled twice and the delivery date is yet to happen. I can’t get in touch with anybody. Nobody is returning my calls or emails. No one is answering the phones. This has been the most frustrating experience of my life. We’ve been given seven potential delivery dates, and although I tried to refuse to pay the balance until the goods were delivered, I was told they couldn’t set up another delivery date until it was paid in full. That was four weeks ago and we still don’t have our belongings.

   I use these guys.They lost some of my boxes.And one box had a jewelry box from my late husband that I lost last year They broke some China pieces that his parents gave us for a wedding gift and can not be replaced the jewelry box has sentimental value since it was from my late husband they don't care

   Still waiting for my delivery

   I got bamboozled, when I first made contact with Pegasus Vanlines, everything went well, the customer service was great, and I was told everything that I wanted to hear. I was told it was going to take two weeks to get my items delivered, no problem, I was told I only had to pay the deposit on booking, and then the balance in delivery, great. The movers that came to pick up my items were great, they were friendly, respectful, they handled my items with care, they labelled everything and packed everything neatly in their truck, that was the end of the great service. The very next morning I received an email with their invoice attached, I thought that they were just letting me know how much my move was going to cost now that they had weighed my items, mind you the invoice was for $970 more than my original quote, I didn't have the means to weigh my items myself, so I had to go off of what they said, no problem. About 20 minutes after I received the invoice, someone from "accounting" called to find out how I would like to pay my invoice since I needed to pay before they shipped my items, I told them that is not what I was told when I booked the service, they told me that the contract that I signed when they picked up my items says that payment is due on receipt of their invoice and they are not going to ship my items until I paid, I explained to them that I wouldn't be getting payment for the move until I reached the destination as my company was paying for the move, they reiterated that they would not ship my items until they received payment in full. I called them back a couple of days later to provide them with a credit card for payment, they told me that they do not accept credit cards for the cost of the move, only for the deposit. She then informed me that my items have already been shipped, so I couldn't even go and retrieve my things and figure out another solution. They called three more times looking for payment even though I explained to them that since they do not take credit card, I would have to wait until I arrived in BC to pay them the way they want because as stated before, my employer was paying for my move, she said okay. When I made it to BC, I paid the invoice and was told my items would be delivered the day after I paid the invoice. It has been more than two weeks and I am still waiting for my items to be delivered, when I called their dispatch, they told me that my destination was too far and they didn't have any trucks coming my way and they do not know when I will be able to get my items delivered even though they had the delivery address from day one. So they have now had my items for a month and I have no idea when I will actually see my things again. Save yourself the headache and stress, DO NOT USE THEM!!

   Complete Gong Show!

   This company is a complete joke! I have never in my life experienced a total disregard for my time, or my belongings! They were continually late, showed up with half a truck full when I said I needed an empty 5 ton truck and they had to come back almost a week later. I incurred more costs due to missed work and additional RV park charges. Our belongings did not arrive until almost two months later. Nick was extremely rude and threatened to discard our belongings if we did not pay 100%, even though the text sent prior to loading says upon delivery. He not only threatened to throw out our belongings, but told me I was in no position to argue. Our stuff finally arrived and it looked like someone had rolled the truck. Boxes and Rubbermaid containers were completely damaged. There was considerable damage to our furniture and a box with some expensive tool chargers did not arrive, nor did a few mechanic benches. They also changed the contract after they had all of our possessions loaded and kept it hostage! When we put in the claim they said that their insurance is only for 60 cents per pound! If you want to see your items damaged, lost, time wasted, inflated costs than originally quoted, or threatening behaviour than by all means hire this company. If not, stay completely far away! This is what 15,000 gets you!

    Fraud company

    Nick Galanis was kind at first. Taking a deposit saying it would take about 10 days for delivery. No one showed on the day. I had to leave all my and my kids belongs behind to catch our flight. He screamed, insulted and demeaned me while I was in tears. He knew I had no one else to help. He refused to return my deposit throwing texts messages before in my face. He gaslights and cost us so much more money. He's a terrible rude man and reading all these other reviews online, he does this constantly to people. He needs to be shut down. Im going to the authorities and he wasnt bothered one bit by it. Its fraud and hes very untrustworthy.
