   Pro Movers Inc.

   Pro Movers helped us move from Illinois to Colorado in June 2016. They helped make this process as smooth as possible. Their staff were professional and courteous. Everyone knew their job and did it very well. We have moved several times before and this company were by far the best.

   Excellent relocation service.

   We used Pro Movers, Inc. in Aurora, Illinois, to arrange for our relocation to Florida in October 2016. It is never easy to move, and especially us being in our 80's. It was our 22nd relocation and from past experiences we never expected this move to be so flawless and pleasant! Meghan was especially helpful and obviously very competent in her role. We were impressed with Pro Movers' level of professionalism and efficiency.

   Avoid like the plague

   If you're looking for moving help, look elsewhere. Pro Movers failed me on so many levels. I went with them for a peace of mind (thinking they were a bigger moving company) but ended up with an oversized bill, severe damage to my furniture and house, and zero willingness from the general manager on covering the cost of damages. They are inaccurate in their initial estimates and criminally raise prices behind your back. For a 3 days of packing, moving and unpacking, I was quoted costs being UP TO $6,945 ($230 per hour for 4 movers x 8 hours per day x 3 days + $1425 highest packaging materials). Actual cost ended up being $10,000. They added costs around overtime, extra packaging material even though I ordered their top bundle, long driving hours that didn't make sense. The movers damaged some of my furniture in ways where I can't use them anymore. What's worse is when I filed a claim (which was a purposefully difficult process that required certified mail), I was only offered $175 when they did about $1,500 worth of damage to my furniture and belongings. And the $175 was contingent to not leaving a bad review. Here's the damage I went through: -Broke an outdoor couch in half down the middle -Took my brand new step ladder and left me their old one (who does that?) -Damaged my front yard walking path by completely chipping a huge stone piece -Dented my glass coffee table -Destroyed a lamp -Broke several glass wares They can keep their measly offer. I'd rather leave a review so others know to steer clear from this business. If you care about your belongings and don't want to break your bank for a move, then run far away from Pro Movers. A message to the business - instead of spending time trying to remove my negative reviews about your, why don't you spend more time giving quality service to your customers. Cannot believe how unprofessional you are and the lengths you'd go to to avoid any accountability.

   They don't do anything they say they will do and then tell you it's your fault for not buying the extra (super expensive) insurance! Used their sister company based out of Oregon, pro moving and storage LLC, all the same people you talk to on the phone using either company. They seem great at first but buyer BEWARE!!! They get an "F" rating thru BBB and have been reported to FMCSA site numerous times. My broken $15,000 bronze is just one item that they told me they would "take good care of" along with numerous other items that were completely destroyed and not included are the numerous items they stole! Again, they said they are just missing and I should have bought the extra insurance but have done nothing to recover, find or replace my "missing" items. Stay away from them...you've been warned by someone who found out the hard way.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   This company will go out of their way to bleed you dry. They have poor customer service and are extremally hostile if you confront them on anything they did wrong. They will be-little you and call you names if you ask for a refund for services you paid for that they did not provide. They WILL break your stuff. They WILL stack heavy boxes on top of fragile boxes. They will NOT take responsibility for their faults. They wont provide you with a delivery date and claim outrageous claims like; all of our moving trucks are suddenly broken, no one can delivery to you. They will not communicate with you at all. You will have to do all communication despite no one ever answering their phones. They will pick up in a sketchy vehicle and deliver in one as well. I paid over $5,000 and was met with nothing but insults and referred to as poor on to many occasions by there workers because I created a budget for my move and could not expand it on their request. Even though I was willing to leave stuff behind since they increased the price. You will spend more money with them versus a credible mover. Avoid them at ALL costs!

   Thieves

   These guy are bad news. They were extremely careless with my items--damaging multiple pieces of furniture as well as the carpet with their dolly. But their negligence is exceeded by their criminality: They stole golf clubs and a camera that I am so far aware of. When I brought these facts to the company's attention, nothing but silence. Do not let them anywhere near your home.

   Scammed me out of hundreds of dollars

   I hired two guys for $150 an hour. One guy walked out on the job because he wanted to go home. They are now trying to charge me $130 for half the workers and twice the time. Avoid!!! They are scammers that threaten you.
