   Damages in The Thousands.

   They damaged my piano, piano bench, desk, dresser, and night table. Most of these items are real wood. The piano and piano bench are SCRAPED and CHIPPED. The paint, varnish, and some of the wood is RUINED. The dresser had a hole gauged into the wood. The desk is missing something on one of the legs. The piano bench is also missing a foot end. The night table's wood has been SHREDDED in places. Worst, THEY ARE TRYING TO GHOST US. They are not returning any calls or emails about damages. THEY WORE NO MASKS AND WERE *SO RUDE*. Our damages are in the thousands and we cannot get a hold of them.

   I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of professionalism here. I booked movers to help transfer 2/3 of my condo contents to a storage facility as we prepare for the sale of our suite. This move was the first step in appointments with cleaners, stagers, and photographers-- all that have to be renegotiated and reorganized because the movers simply did not show up. Do not book with this unreliable moving company.

   Just an agency to outsource movers..

   Outsourced services and take no responsibility for damages. - Movers were 50min late and were not carrying the material as promoted by RapidStor (no dolly carts, very basic and dirty protection gear - we had to lend ours) - Despite promoting that they have insurance, my mattress was covered in marks of dirty hands and 2 of the furniture were also damaged, we have asked a symbolic amount to clean the mattress and replace only the damaged parts in Ikea, and yet they don't reply to emails or follow-up on phone calls - it has been one month of frustrating expectations with RapidStor. I had a different impression of you guys and I am very sad with how you're handling my case. I think my 1 star is fair and other customers must be made aware that they can be treated the same way too.

   Disappointing & unprofessional.

   I have attempted to get in touch with Rapid Stop post-move five times now with no response. My husband and I had various issues with our move on Friday July 31 in Toronto, that remain unresolved and ignored. The moving team caused damage to our new house. They put a hole in the wall when moving a chair downstairs to the basement. For scale, the hole is about the size of the palm of an adult hand. It has gone straight through so is beyond a surface issue. The hole is going to need to be plastered, sanded and that wall, re-painted. Plus - the king size mattress got a tear on the underside, of about half a foot big and our mahogany credenza also got scratched along the front and scored the wood finish. No-one has acknowledged any of this or replied. No-one has advised any process for making a claim for these damages. In addition, I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed with the level of service and efficiency for the move. The team were slow, inexperienced and the fact that the truck arrived at 1:30pm when booked for 9am, caused real challenges for our family, especially as we have a toddler who is only 2 years old.
