   TOP NOTCH-FIRST CLASS OPERATION

   From beginning to end using Real Deal Van Lines from Leominster MA has been the best moving experience my husband and I have ever had. We have moved 20 times in our married life so I would consider our opinion to be noteworthy. It is the first time we have used a company to actually do packing for us. We had Ian and Chad a couple days before the physical move. I was exhausted just watching how fast and efficiently they packed and stacked everything. They had a friendly caring demeaner and would engage in conversation while packing. The day of the move we had 3 of the greatest fellows, Luis, Tom and once again Chad. It was nice to have someone that already knew the set up being there again. All 3 of them had the greatest personalities and went out of their way to accommodate us. They didn't stop from the time they set foot in the house we were vacating till every last piece of furniture and box were exactly where we wanted them in our new home.. May I also add that not one item was lost or damaged. That is a record in my book. I have never had a move where at least one piece of furniture hasn't come away with a scratch or a nick. We would recommend Real Deal Van Lines in a heart beat. I'm just hoping it isn't us again. Time to settle down.

   Fast and friendly

   The movers were very quick and professional. Not a nick on any of my pieces as they took the time to wrap them all up. The gentlemen was friendly and helpful. All around they were cheaper and came in 100 dollars under my 800 dollar estimate. I will recommend to anyone who needs movers!!!

   Awesome service all around. I was nervous as I had never used movers and heard horror stories. They charged me the same price as quoted (I was very honest with the amount of stuff I had, I suggest being as honest as possible with this to avoid mix ups). Deron and Corey were amazing. They were so polite and efficient. Everything was ‘thank you miss, you’re welcome’. I was so impressed. They unloaded everything within an hour and didn’t break a thing. Over all amazing experience when I was expecting a stressful one. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

   100 Mile In-state Move

   Cory, Nate & Kwamy were very cordial, accommodating and, most of all, professional. They called the origination site 1/2 hr in advance, as they said they would. The loading was quick & efficient on the front end w/ care taken to "blanket" fragile items. Unfortunately, they went to the wrong Main St as there are 2 streets in 2 different areas of Dennis, Cape Cod named Main St. So, they were about 20 minutes late but really can't be faulted . . . Welcome to Dennis, Cape Cod where south can be north & east can be west! Upon arrival, they were quick but attentive as to where I asked them to place items. They were not careless nor did they damage anything. They set up the 1 queen-size bed frame w/ boxspring & mattress which I didn't expect. My 1 concern is w/ David & Ana not being effective communicators. When a client is moving, accuracy of communication is of utmost importance! I had to initiate a phone call. I had to send an email to confirm the move. Granted, they have it scheduled but a "move" is a very stressful event for the customer. David & Ana should be more empathetic towards us, the customer to put our mind at ease! Not really a complaint, more of a suggestion. Their price was the best by far! Nate, Cory & Kwamy were great . . . polite & friendly. I recomnend them highly and w/ great enthusiasm.

   Professional service, great value, easy to deal with.

   Once again I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Bill and his crew. Bill and Josh were courteous, professional, and careful with all the items. Not only that but I was shocked to discover that they finished the job sooner than expected. In this day and age I expect costs to mount up exponentially but what a pleasant surprise it was to, for once, pay less than estimated. I will certainly call them whenever I need to move, request Bill and recommend him and Real Deal to others. Moving costs really mount up quickly and Real Deal is clearly committed to doing top-notch work at a reasonable price.

   Smooth move, from planning to execution.

   Real Deal Van Lines made the move almost pleasant. The move, from Manchester, NH to Tewksbury, MA, involved navigating down steep, narrow granite steps on the Manchester end, and lugging everything to a third floor walkup in Tewksbury. Plus, it was raining. The men arrived early and were cheerful about the weather -- "At least it's not hot." They shrugged off the steps and walkup, and remained cheerful and polite from start to finish. They worked without stopping, and were organized and efficient. The office staff were also helpful. All in all, we were pleased with this company. Thank you!

   Quite the letdown.

   All seemed well, till they left, thought things went smooth, till we found furniture, end table, missing, no sign of our silverware, broken TV, leg broken off bureau. Contacted office and was told insurance covers by the pound. It’s like getting robbed, so I’d stay away, I wish we did.

   Horrible Moving Company, DO NOT USE

   Horrible experience from start to finish. Movers were untrained, rude and very unprofessional. Two of the workers literally stood on my furniture just because they jam packed the elevator and didn't want to take the stairs. Banged up and damaged at min. $2k worth of belongings and even damaged my brand new home. Called the office multiple times and no response whatsoever. Please don't make the same mistake I made and chose anybody else...

    Don't use them

    All started okay, but one day before I emailed to cancel the move for the next day that was just scheduled a couple of days prior. The reason for me to cancel was simply because I had more stuff to pack and wants to do it all at once. This was detailed on the email sent to Anna H. At the first breath she replies that there is a cancelation fee of $311 on top of the already deposit left for $89. This is without even discussing a possible reschedule to get it all done. The request was done by email and withing 24hrs of the so scheduled time. I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this place and give the business to honest working people that has the willingness to help vs. f*ck you as soon as they have the chance. True character of company and people are shown in many ways, this company and person clearly do not care. So now, they lost a "bigger move", a customer and would always express my thoughts to others. Thank you Anna for making this a unpleasant experience to all of us.
