   Fast and efficient

   I had to change my removal date several times. Melissa was helpful and understanding. On the day the team arrived early and immediately worked together efficiently and very quickly to load up. Unloading was the same - fast and efficient. There were no breakages and everything was neatly stacked where I wanted it. I could not be happier with this company.

   Extremely Impressed

   Ali and his colleague (sorry didn’t catch his name) arrived promptly and swiftly filled up the van. I was impressed with how courteous and willing they both were. They managed to deftly manoeuvre a bulky sofa through a narrow front door. (To do so they needed to first remove a large wall length mirror and replace it afterwards - which they did with minimum fuss). Nothing was too much trouble. All items arrived at the destination safely and were put in the correct rooms. I strongly recommend this company, they are very professional and Melissa, in the office, took the stress out of the entire job by arranging it all perfectly. 10 out of 10!    Apartment move.

   Got in touch with Removals Expert when moving from my one bed apartment. I was very impressed by the service. Arrived on time, catered for the specific item requirements I had and were flexible on meeting arrangement at the destination. Items transported with care and no damage whatsoever. Follow-up contact was also brilliant. Their rates are very competitive and I would not hesitate to use them again!

   Brilliant company.

   Can't recommend highly enough. We were doing a last minute move and weren't sure how to organise it. I phoned in the morning and the chap came to assess what we needed the same afternoon. The packer turned up exactly on time and whizzed through our property with no fuss. He returned the next morning with 2 other helpers who packed up the truck and moved us smoothly and quickly. Even the boxes had a description of the contents. Everyone was charming and helpful and took all the stress out of moving.

   Removal LONDON to Dorset.

   I was able to obtain an estimate quite easily and the lady dealing with it was very helpful. The removal was carried out very efficiently by the three operatives. They were polite and professional and wasted no time. All in all I was very happy with the service.

   Excellent service.

   Removal Expert we're amazing. They were happy to come round to our flat to quote, rather than just do it over the phone. Once I'd had the quote I called and changed things multiple times, and they were happy to help with everything I asked for. We relocated across the country and the price was very good, and there was no problem with the long drive or the timings. The team on the day arrived early, were really efficient, tidy and helpful. We were so surprised to be packed up and on our way before 10am! They kept in touch with us on the drive, and we're happy to wait while we went and collected keys. Everything was brought into our new house very fast and efficiently, the team asked whenever they were unsure where something should go, and all our stuff has arrived safely. Thank you!!

   Professional work ethic.

   We used Removals Expert Ltd 7 years ago for our move within London and did not really look for alternatives this year as well. Booking was very flexible. Moved 3 bedroom flat within NW3, took full day. The team carefully disassembled pieces of furniture where required and assembled back at destination. Proper care has been taken of the fragile stuff and even plants. It took longer than expected but the team made sure everything is done before leaving. Overall very pleased with professional work ethic of the team and will look no further for our potential future removal needs.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

    AVOID REMOVAL EXPERTS AT ALL COSTS I hired Removal Experts in June, based on their endorsement by Which? Magazine, and the experience was a disaster. The team arrived unprepared, lacked basic materials like carpet protection, and had no clear idea about the job. Numerous valuable items were either forgotten or damaged, including a sofa that was completely wrecked during the move (they didn't wrap it). The BBQ, which cost £2500, was also so badly damaged (they stood on it and bent the covers), that we had to have it inspected to determine if it has become a fire hazard due to compromised integrity. Mislabelled boxes, negligent handling, and damage to multiple belongings made the process chaotic and stressful. To make matters worse, Removal Experts were obstructive during the compensation process, initially offering only £300 for damages, when the total cost was far higher. While our insurance claim has now been settled, the insurance company was unable to recover the monies from Removal Experts due to their stonewalling. This means our no-claim bonus has been lost, our premiums have increased, and we are ultimately out of pocket. My final impression of this company is that they have likely done this before, gotten away with it, and will continue to do so as long as they are endorsed by Which? Magazine and unsuspecting customers trust them. Their lack of professionalism, negligent handling of items, and obstructive behaviour during the claims process make them a company to avoid at all costs. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I will never trust a Which? company review again either.
